Their system would not honor a discount in the app. When I brought up that the discount did not post, the clerk assured me that it did. After I paid and checked the receipt, the offer did not go through, and the clerk refused to refund the sale.
Absolutely ridiculous.

First of when u buy something here and there's an issue with the app and you don't honor what royal farms offers then why come here. I dont like when im offered a discount and dont get it. When I brought it up to the manager told me I can't do anything. I showed her my receipt and everything. Didn't care. Poor customer service and the app sucks. It was easier to just to give the coupon automatically like before. The new app is dumb and confusing seems like a child created it. Will not be coming back or any royal farms. I'm still waiting for communication on this from royal farms. There crooks.

I go in the store usually between 6 AM and 12 . Every time the chicken is soggy or dry as an old shoe. And the woman behind the chicken counter is as pleasant as an alligator.

Terrible customer service. Lack of knowledge regarding how to issue a refund from an order placed on the Royal Farms app after the employees decided to not cook more chicken at 6pm on a Friday. Chaz the manager was of no help to us or her employees.
