Yeah they will kick people out of store during an emergency but stand there and watch as people Rob them blind and don't say a word. They wouldn't dare tell them to leave the store.

I pulled over at this Royal Farms location yesterday evening (6/5/24) to take shelter during an emergency tornado alert which told residents to shelter immediately. I went inside but within 10 minutes the manager, Jen, called in and instructed employees to shut down the store and kick everyone out because it is "a liability" (the two staffers at the store seemed disappointed and confused by this decision but complied). We were forced to walk through the rain to seek shelter in an emergency. As a transplant from Mississippi-- a region that frequently weathers tornadoes and hurricanes-- I am furious and dumbfounded that a business could make such an ill advised, dangerous, and inhospitable decision in the event of an emergency. I cannot imagine that a business incurs liability for sheltering community members during an announced weather emergency. I will be filing a complaint with the better Business bureau to insure that this incident is documented and hope that Royal Farms will consider standardizing it's protocols in the event of emergencies in order to make us all a little bit safer.

Both bathrooms had signs stating out of order (doubtful if true).
No seating area or counter like nearly every other Rofo this size.
It's clear at this location they just want you to get your stuff and get out! As a road warrior looking for a clean rest room, stopping here was a colossal disappointment.
I also wanted to be able to sit down and eat my sandwich to get out the car for a few minutes. Welp, can't do that here either.
Won't be returning.

In and out service fast and convenient great chicken and love the coffee not a big fan of the machines coffee doest always come out hot but hey who's complaining

I come every day to buy chicken in the afternoons and there is always a young girl in the kitchen. she is very good and kind. I love the good service, the chicken is fresh and the store is super clean. Thank you for your hard working.

I just arrived for the second time, the first at almost 2 am now it was at 1:39 they told me that they had already closed, how is it possible on Google Map it appears that it is 24 hours and the staff closes at 2 am or even 1: 39 minutes I think they're trying to fix that on Google Map, but they're giving the money away to a bunch of lazy people because they tell you it's closed.

My experience was ok the chicken was hot and delicious my only complaint I didn't like a mob of teenagers came in and literally took what they wanted open broad day light Just by you Responding back means alot to me I will definitely come back not just for the that Great Chicken other than that this is Wonderful Royal Farm and this shows you care to respond Thank you

It's a crazy store in the afternoon, the cashier smoking every second outside, serving the boyfriend, and I'm waiting for her to finish serving the boyfriend to serve me as a customer. The kitchen guy taking her video calls. It's incredible that the customer doesn't. Make things a priority that need to be improved and these two bad-tempered people take care of you and they don't want to work.

Had to get gas and use the atm. Also purchased chicken meal. Very delicious.
