Great customer service. Really felt listened to and thought I wasn’t being upsold. Just dropped car off so can’t speak to quality of work but so far so good.
Update: I picked up last night and am pleased. My car is a hybrid and the starter battery must have been on the outs but now there is no hesitation in starting (I didn’t realize there ever was but you just get used to it slowly fading over time). Even when it would start normally it hesitated slightly. Some would say I could have waited but I think it was the better move. Thank you for not pushing me into fixing it. It makes me trust you more and feel like I can have a conversation on what could actually be a real concern in the future.

Glad I didn’t take my vehicle here. Whoever answered the phone today at about 9am 11-21-23 is disgusting. He was rushing me through the call. I provided him the info on what I was calling on and he was still nastily asking me what I needed which was just an engine check. I was trying to inquire with this spot because I saw good reviews and if you look on their site, it says they offer free engine checks which includes a visual inspection, retrieval, and reporting of light. He needs to make sure he wakes up on the right side of the bed for the rest of the work week so he can make sure he has all his information correct and isn’t giving potential customers a nasty attitude early in the morning. Look back on your website and take off whatever you’re going to attempt to charge someone for and just said you mfs only do code checks.

took my Kia there due to a knocking noise when accelerating. Greg listened, test drove and check the obvious things. He determined it is an engine problem. He told me to contact Kia dealers because there have been recalls on Kia engines. He did not charge me anything for this. I will be taking my Kia there for all my service needs from now on.

I've had multiple vehicles serviced here and usually I've been satisfied for the most part. This last visit however, I was charged an extra 30 dollars for an oxygen sensor and when I questioned it I was told that is the price from the napa warehouse. I showed them the actual price of the sensor, without any markups, on the company's website and still I had to pay an extra 30. It was like he didnt care what I had to say. I advise anyone to verify all pricing before paying. Imho, it isn't good business when your customer proves that the price quoted fir a part is wrong and I wasn't offered anything to fix the price.I wasn't even told about the oil leak under my truck which probably is even more concerning. The reciept even says that I need body bushings so I figured that it was standard from a vehicle mechanic shop to do a once over for any other issues....

Greg and his team always do a good job I’ve been going to him for years just recently my girlfriend had a oil leak on her Chevy Cobalt it ended up being the valve cover gasket Greg and his team handled the problem quickly and efficiently! Thankyou NO MORE LEAKS ❤️

Greg and his team are the best! I have been coming here for years so I decided to leave review. I have sent friends and family here. Never have I ever had problems. My poor sister rats got in her engine thought her car was finished they fixed it in one day. I am actually taking my Mercedes this week for work. I would like to thank Greg and his team for a quality professional Job on tuning up my Baby, 1995 Ford Ranger on 4-7-21. A special thank you to Master Mechanic Bryan ? for your old school care of labeling my old spark plugs with numbers as well the Ignition coil so i as the customer could know what engine cylinder would be causing my spark plugs to fail. This is truly unheard of in today service repair shops I have encountered. Bryan, For you to take your time to do this for a customer you must love your job. So keep up the great service .
