I always receive timely and attentive service, no matter the issue. All employees I've connected with are competent and willing to help. I am thankful for the long-lasting relationship I've had with RMS and will continue to use them for whichever establishment I manage, and happily refer them to any others in need of gym equipment upkeep and or new product sales.

I received appointment details within a satisfactory timeframe.**6/30/22** I had my Precor elliptical repaired today, but I am still hearing noise and scraping vibration while using the equipment. I’m waiting to hear back from RMS to see how they will fix this problem.***8/18/22Waiting for part for almost 2 months. I sent an email seeking to get an explanation, but no one responded.

We purchased new fitness equipment for our gym and worked with Steve who helped with the equipment selection and layout. We had a seamless experience and our design looks fabulous. His recommendation were spot on and our residents are loving the upgrades. RMS is easy to work with, responsive and always professional. I would highly recommend if you are in the market.

Extremely easy to work with and very professional. They provided quick responses to all my emails. The techs arrived on time and did a great job. They did a disassembly and reassembly of a large machine and it turned out perfect with no issue.
