This location is the worse for whatever reason, the pharmacy is the worst of any in the state of Maryland. The pharmacists will steal pills and be rude, I'm surprised none of those disrespectful employees haven't got their lips busted, than again people like that isn't worth the trouble. The Walgreens downtown is much better, at least they're responsible and respectful.

The pharmacist does not know how to treat people.My husband's been getting his medicine sent there for years.And then when she started there now every single month there's a problem and she's swears up and down that his doctor never sent his medicine prescriptions over which is a lie. We will be finding a new pharmacy to get all of his medicine now . So yall will be losing money now because we will not use any Walgreens anymore..

Pharmacy is closed on the weekend, even tho online it says it is open. And only open 9 to 7 during the week. So if you have a full time job don't fill your prescriptions here. Ridiculous.

The pharmacy is the WORST. Auto refills cancelled with no explanation. The worker and rude.
This location is seriously under staffed and closes because they have no one to work.
It was great when it was Rite Aid. Walgreens doesn't care for their customers.

I went there today for a covid test, I mistakly went inside the store and the Indian lady in the pharmacy said we don't do Covid test. I'm like well why did they let me schedule one? She said she didn't know but I'm supposed to go through the drive thru. I'm like well do yall do them or not? Then she proceeded to tell me that they have some in the front I could buy! Very rude and unprofessional.

This Walgreens is the worst. It’s never stocked and out of everything you need. The pharmacy has the worst customer service and always acts like you’re inconveniencing them. The manager of the pharmacy is the worst one of them all and is extremely rude and tries to pawn you off with checking out at the front and wants nothing to do with your business. There’s always a line of Essex’s finest at the front check out line and always someone checking out with a million coupons or buying 30 cans of peanuts for no reason. I avoid coming here unless I absolutely have to because there’s literally no where else to stop on the way home.

This pharmacy is by far the worst and needs to be Shutdown. 0 stars and contacting cooperate. On hold more than multiple times up to an hour, delayed in prescriptions for not running through correct insurance. It's sad this place is still up and running. Staff is disrespectful and lazy. The motto of prescriptions ready in an hour is 100% false advertisement.

I've been coming to this pharmacy since 2008 I have NEVER had to wait over 40 minutes to pick up meds that were already filled. 4th month in a row for these obsurb wait times. I'm told there's a shortage in staff since last winter so they change their hours as often as they like. Not sure how this place is still open. Now the store is decent. Very Nice staff up front

Call and they say an RX is ready, but don't trust that. The assistants are friendly, the pharmacists are not. If you need to call them, be prepared to be on hold for quite some time, and sometimes the call will be disconnected.
