Another pitiful pharmacy in located in one of our urban city neighborhoods, I must say that I've been a victim of this stores shenanigans for a long time now, they are terrible lier's, they tell you stores like, oh your doctor didn't send your prescription over yet, then are you sure that they sent it to this pharmacy, they get a kick out of playing with your intelligence, I'm so glad that I have God in my life, they stereotype people that get opioid prescriptions, waiting for you to act a fool so that they can say, oh well he's on drugs! Please don't feed into their games! Just go somewhere else, I've been out of my meds for 4 days now, and I'm still waiting for it to come in they say, it a shame!!!

Rite Aid closed store without notice. I called store at Northern Pkwy and Wabash to get my medications transferred to their store. They were not helpful at all and stated they were busy. They told me if I did not hear back from them in a couple of days it would be easier to call a doctor and have them redo the prescription. It is not easier for me because I have to make new doctor appointments for the new prescriptions. I called the store (Walgreen) where the closed Rite Aid on Route 40 transferred my meds to without permission and they stated that Rite Aid just needed to call and request transfer. I called the Rite Aid back again on Northern Pkwy and Walbash and the pharmacist was rude and told me they will try later. I was also told that Walgreens was intentionally not answering the phone. Then I was told that they did not have time to be put on hold. I was again told to call my doctor. Not good customer serve. Now I see why store are closing. I will be transferring to CVS.

Always take all day to fill prescription but you have to call to be on top of them. You will wait all day then they tell you anything over the phone. It's like pulling teeth with this place. Seems it's always new workers that don't care. No management or even the management don't care. This place is a joke. Go Somewhere else if you want good service. This is so sad how the pharmacy has gone down hill over the years. Not a good neighborhood pharmacy. GET A BETTER TEAM!!

Don’t use this pharmacy!!! Pharmacist refused to fill verified prescription sent to Ritaid’s electronic charting system by physician. When asked why he would not fill it, he replied “because I don’t like GoodRx and I don’t want like to and I’m allowed to do that”. Then offered to pay out of pocket without GoodRx and he replied “I’m not accepting it, get insurance”. As a healthcare provider this is completely unacceptable to treat a patient of any walk of life this way. Will be reported to the state pharmacy board.

They take absolutely too long as a pharmacy tech I know there a que of other people prescriptions needing to be filled but the wait times are insane when you come inside it’s no way it take 1 hr to fill a prescription with 8 pills that would be the first thing I do get the easier, it’s not controlled like the time they take to fill prescription is just laziness in disguise

I had an interview scheduled for assistant manager & I guess the so called manager forgot to tell people she was not doing interviews for whatever reason. I see why they need a an assistant manager she is unprofessional. The whole store is a mess when you walk in so, I guess my services was needed but, they rather stay rude and a mess!

There is a very rude pharmacist at this location. She is short, white, and usually has a ponytail in her head. I only have to go to this location once a month for my prescription but she is always so, unnecessarily catty and rude when she speaks to me that I dread having to go there. I used to wonder if she thought i was someone else or something. I thought my second and third visit would be different. She works with younger black women, so I don't think she is racist (I hope not). In my last visit, she screamed "Can I help you, do you have a question"? I couldn't see who it was until I'd actually got to the counter and she ran over in front of the young lady that was at the register. She is negative and I know her behavior can't have gone unnoticed by management. I will have my prescription sent to a different pharmacy, from now on. That type of negativity is outrageous and has no place at a pharmacy for someone picking up depression meds, etc.

The is the worst RITR AIDE the pharmacist is very nasty. He does not know how to talk to the customers they are filling wrong RX giving out the wrong prescription, the wrong doses to minors and other people when you call them on their mistakes the Head pharmacist is very rule as always I watch talk down to customer all the time I believe he’s in the wrong because health field requires that you have patience with the elderly he has no patients with anyone this problem needs to be addressed

The pharmacists are very rude. l stood at the window 15 minutes & no one acknowledged me. Finally a pharmacist went to the drive-thru window. When I was asked who I was picking up for I told her I was there to get my flu shot and she said it was after 5 o'clock and they don't do them. I told her if you would've acknowledge me when I came to the window it was before 5 o'clock. She looked over at another pharmacist who I assume was the manager at the time and begrudgingly told me that I had to wait about 30 minutes. I said no problem. The attitude was as cold as the north pole. And no one ever answers the phone when you call up there

First thing in the morning the reps are so unfriendly.No smiles at all. But most of all the prices. A .99 bag of utz chips for $2.29. Please! Robbery! No more discount either! Wow!
