Amazing stay! The studio is perfect for daily cooking and appreciate the complimentary breakfast. Vegan options available! It’s very close to Johns Hopkins buildings (public health, nursing, hospital, etc.). The cleaning staff took out garbage and provided towels every two days. You are able to order Amazon and pick up at front desk. All staff were very kind, approachable, and welcoming. Highly recommend. I would stay again!

This place is the best. I was struggling with luggage and the valet person at the front door ran out and helped me. I think his name was Jimmy or Justin. It was my first time in Baltimore and the front desk gave me coupons to go to the ice rink. The room was very spacious.Rooms: The rooms was spaciousWalkability: The hotel had a liquor store next door by the Dunkin Donuts. There is a plethora of food vendors.

Great place to stay. Front desk representative is very helpful and friendly. She did a great job with my check-in. Stayed here for two nights. The room was clean and well organized. The breakfast was great as well. They have a valet parking which is great! Thank you.Nearby activities: National harbor is just minutes away. Aquarium is a little far but it was a good walk. MD science center is also very close from here. Dunkin donuts and 7-11 is next to the hotel.

service is good, the staff were the best helpful, courteous, and friendly. The hotel location was quite convenient since it is close to the harbor and to many nice restaurants. The rooms are well sized while they are clean the hotel is a bit outdated and shows wear in the common areas.

The only thing I would change is the parking. But the Valet is awesome. The entire staff is a vibe. The security is on point. You need a keep card to go up and down on the elevator. Clean room. 910 was rowdy from a street noise perspective. Couldn’t go there for sleep. 7-11 across the street for snacks. The restaurant on site was closed for vendor change. You can walk to the Baltimore arena that’s what we did. It was not a struggle at all as long as the weather is good go for it!

The reason I'm writing this review is because I'm in town visiting my father in the ICU. It's a nice 13ish minute walk from the Mercy Hospital, and it's very close to most everything. But the real thing that we love about this place is just how friendly the staff has been. The young lady that checked us in was amazing and sweet and got us checked in swiftly, and Jay, another front desk agent, has gone up and beyond to make sure that we feel comfortable and even asked about my father, helped us with extending our stay, and has just been so so kind to us during this time and we couldn't be more grateful. Also the rooms are very nice, the kitchenette is amazing, they even had Greek yogurt at breakfast and oat milk as well!

Nice downtown location within walking distance of the waterfront. Housekeeper tried to enter our room without knocking at 10:30 PM which was odd, but everything else was good. The couch sagged a lot but overall was

Located a 5-10 minute walk to the inner harbor- downtown Baltimore so loud area at times. Hotel is nice, clean and organized. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. Outstanding breakfast including hot and cold food plus extras. Valet parking along with exercise and laundry rooms.Food & drinks: 7-11 and Royal farms across the street. Liquor store on the corner, plus bar/restaurants on the side street outside the hotel.

Rooms were clean, but there was a constant smell of marijuana throughout the hotel. We also waited nearly an hour to get our car from the valet. Not the employee's fault, and they were very apologetic, but clearly there need to be more attendants during busy periods.

Sketchy hotel to say the least. The light fixtures were bare light bulbs with no globes on them. Room was clean. Low ceiling bulk heads made it difficult for anyone over 5'10" to walk without hitting their head. No easy access to parking.

We stayed here for a professional conference at Baltimore Convention Center. This hotel was only 7 minutes walk from there. Near to all attractions.Parking as in any other hotel was expensive. I parked one night at hotel but moved the next night to a parking garage at Commerce Street using SpotHero.Overall very good experience!Nearby activities: In the CenterSafety: Safe placeWalkability: Near to everything

I was there for one week with my sister-in-laws and got home yesterday. I want to say the staff was excellent, and I mean excellent. Friendly, funny, helpful and sweet. The room was fine but it really was how we were treated that I am giving it a five star review.

When in Baltimore I always stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, downtown near all tourist attractions so you can work if that’s the purpose of your trip and have some fun at the same time. The staff is very nice and helpful. The prices are reasonable and if your are one of their members you can get good deals. The rooms are clean and have a nice set up.They have breakfast included on the reservation. It’s very safe around here.
