They had the vehicle we requested at the time we requested, but even better was how kind and helpful the two women were that worked in the Baltimore shop. We dropped off the van in New York and were also impressed with how kind and professional the NY budget vans location was.”
“I've rented from Nextcar 3 times. Their customer service is awesome. The vehicle are new model. You may have to do additional cleaning if you're OCD like me. Other than that I would choose them again and have referred them to other people.”

“Dude, when my transmission went out, everything became an ordeal but they got us a ride (a hybrid with safety features for days) quickly and for super cheap, no credit card needed. They were especially accommodating about an extension. They were there when we everyone else said “No” for one dumb reason or another and told us “Sure”.”

“I had a great experience with u-haul. Whenever I need to rent a trailer I come to Washington Blvd. They always have what I need in stocks. This car trailer I rented with a hour notice I reached an email and picked up and was gone.”
“So I was on the bus going to a field trip for school and there was a Ryder driver that was next to us. I’m not sure who he was but he was awesome. When we were doing the honk gesture to semi trucks nobody was honking until he saw it and honked. Everyone on the bus was happy and exited. We are still taking about 1 months later. The driver was driving the truck with the license plate 2657946 and we were on the highway for like 20 minutes and when I looked down it was 10:50am. I’m not sure who it was or if anyone in charge will see this but if you do I would like you to thank him for min behalf of everyone on the bus. I’m only 14 but I know if I need help I’m calling Ryder first. This experience has made my day and I am for sure using Ryder later in life one day. The driver kindness is so awesome I can’t believe it. It’s hard to find people who are nice like that. Thank you so much and for anyone who reads this I would recommend Ryder. Thanks!”
