Black young dude at cash registered wanted to argue with me back in forth because the counter was dirty and i didn’t want my yellow shirts i was purchasing on the counter. He said my hands could be dirty, instead of just holding the shirts off the dirt on the counter. I said to not be argumentative and he said “im always argumentative “ then i said “well you shouldn’t be working “. And he replied “i have 100 jobs”just pure ignorance..

I fell over a ladder with shoes on the floor the hook the shoes hang on when through my eye knock out 2 teeth hurt back ask for help before this no one answered when I went out when I work help I ask for help no one came again I got up and went to cashier with blood everywhere they moved the ladder before I took pictures I am a nurse can't see out my eye been out of work since then

We were in line at Rainbow for a half hour waiting to ring out. The Manager was on register and it was only 4 people ahead of us. At 1o-clock a lady was leave and another woman was watching the door. A gentleman came in at 1:30 and was trying to figure out where he need to be and the manager sent him to get boxes. At this point my daughter was like forget and we dropped everything. So, in a 45 min the manage was only able to check out 2 people. In the time we were in line 3 other people came up behind us. If I could give zero stars I would. My Daughter who is only 17 stated why say something look where we are. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. It’s Mondawmin Mall. They won’t do anything. On top of that the store look like a flea market.
