We have been with QBS for years for copiers. The staff and technicians are professional, quick to resolve any issue we have with our copiers and friendly. When we moved to a new location, they helped set up new copiers for us with no down time. Very happy with the service we receive from them.

Our office has been using Quality Business Solutions for years. Their customer service is superior from the moment you place a call. Their technicians are fast and thorough, and provide explanations for everything they do when servicing our equipment. We don't have to wait even 24 hours for a technician to come out when our equipment needs service, and they will call and send you an email to notify you of when their tech will be arriving. All of their staff are really nice to work with, always polite and happy to work with us. They contact us when our equipment is due for regular maintenance. When we need supplies, we simply call and what we need is sent out to us. The entire company, from executive staff to techs to customer service, is a great experience and a pleasure to work with. The worst company we have ever dealt with, if you were considering them I would suggest that you run! $3500 and the website looks like it was built by a child. When they sold us on the website they promised to push the SEO and never did, and they told us 10 months ago that they could not do something for our shipping charges that cost us thousands in international customers, ONLY to be told 10 months later that it was in fact doable. TEN MONTHS!!!! We used to do a ton of international business but that has since stopped completely. Extremely overpriced, we have since shopped around and found it at half the price and the website built by these companies look better. We left a review on their Facebook page and since then they have taken the whole review section down on the page, as the review was not good. Also Dan, the man that was building our website, told the owner of the company (Jerry) that we would not respond to emails when they asked us questions. That was his excuse for not doing what we asked. The reason we hadn’t responded in email form is because we had called them. We have records of the phone calls. You have been warned!!!
