My unit was filled with dead bugs and dirty looking but because I had no choice and no help I had to suck it up and put my stuff in that nasty storage. They just didn’t bother to make it look presentable I feel like if someone’s paying their money to rent a space it should at the very least be clean.. I don’t feel comfortable with my stuff in the unit and on top of that paying my money for something like that but I don’t really have much of a choice but to keep it there for the time being.

Robin property manager was professional and attentive. She gave my company all the information and policies for long term usage. She has a great personality to do business with and regularly check in with tenants, if any issues. My company is relived from the stress of extremely, high monthly price jack ups that we previously experienced at another storage facility. This location is close to interstate 95, well lite at nite, and has security gate.

My experience with Ty at the front desk was very helpful she was professional, courteous and knowledgeable I came in with an issue about my rates being increased after only being here for literally one month and she when in saw what I was talking about and said to me oh no Mr.Harris I'll take care of that no problem that's the kind of storage facility I want to do business with

Prime Storage has been a life saver for me during my moving process. Agent Michelle is always kind, helpful as soon as you walk in the door and very communicative when it comes to changes and updates of the facility. Whenever I come to move things in or out of my unit the facility and grounds are always clean and free of trash. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs
