Clean, clean, clean. Out of stock on a lot of pre prepared meal options they usually have. Fruits were pricy. The place was packed. Staff was friendly and nice.

I'm very impressed with the way that this location has responded to the pandemic. I'm sure it's not easy for any business to adjust to this "new normal" but this location has been organized, thorough, and responsive during this time. Something as simple as having employees at the entrance to manage how many people come into the store and making sure everyone has a sanitized cart, for example, gives me peace of mind. Also, having security at the front to ensure that everyone who enters is wearing a face mask. These are stressful times and I appreciate knowing that the store that I frequent the most seems to be taking the extra steps to keep their business and their customers safe. Thank you :)

If you been to the Annapolis Whole Foods. You're NOT gonna like this location. Upon entering the store. The first thing you notice is the insane amount of "Prime workers" around the store. They make up for about 90% of the customer base at this location. There was barely any real people shopping the day I went which was a Saturday morning. The employees here didn't seem as friendly as other Whole Foods. I said "hi" to a few of them and they just kept walking pass like it was the wind blowing. ???? The prices seem higher here also. The general crowd is middle-class. Also this is a way smaller store then Annapolis. The aisles had unopened boxes in them like they were stocking the store in the middle of the day. The overall location was not very well stocked like other locations. But I guess due to the very high amount of prime workers here this is more like a "Factory location" or something. Lastly the overall store was not very clean. If you look at my pictures. You will see dirty doors and food just sitting out in the bakery. Amazon needs to REDO this location. This is a bad image on the Whole Foods name.....

AJ in the deli department made my experience great! It didn't start that way. I was trying to ask 2 young ladies "where are the carts located" but they kept talking about something personal not work related. So I just walk away and grab a hand basket. I like the different selections that you can't find at the Columbia or Rockville stores.

Whole Foods down town needs to decide if its a grocery store for shoppers or a warehouse for grocery delivery. It's impossible to get around the stockers and Prime shoppers. Get it together. I used to love shopping here.

I am rating this store as a one star not for the facility or what they offer, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. And what is even worse it looks like the store is doing nothing about it. I know people have complained and it goes in one ear and out the other.

Okay, I'm appreciating this place more since there are Amazon lockers in the front vestibule. (I'm tired of porch pirates helping their thieving selves to my mail order packages...) But there needs to be MORE lockers. I also stopped in to grab a couple things. Their double cheesy cream of broccoli soup is amazing.

As of this writing, this is a temporary Whole Foods location. They moved literally one block from where they used to be, and apparently the previous location is being rebuilt. This one feels a tad cramped by WF standards, but I must give credit where it's due. I found exactly the things I go to WF for: Cava hummus on sale, some creative packaged bean-based dishes, and some non-dairy "Ubermilk". Plant-based protein is in, and I'm pretty thrilled about it, and the selection and prices are good here for that sort of thing. For basic groceries I tend not to shop here, but I might pick up some vegetables or something simply because specialty items drag me here. While the store was crowded on a Sunday and felt a bit cramped, all the registers were manned, and I had a quick checkout experience, which is my main source of disappointment with some other WF locations I've been to. Hopefully the new location (apparently opening in 2020) will be a nicer space, but will maintain the service and selection.

great store with parking , produce is quite fresh, people are friendly. customer derive and deli and meat section people have been really nice and accommodating .only wish they had a carving bar and a more extensive hot food section. wish they also had kimchee. wish they had extended hours for late night kudos to the buyer for one of the few whole foods to carry açaí bites. can you tell the stores in new york to stock them?

Pretty nice WF. Fresh great options, friendly staff. Like other Whole Foods it has a microwave on-site. The WF was in really close proximity to inner harbor hotels.

Their hot food bar is fabulous. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Everyone I spoke to had such pleasant demeanors. I visited everyday during my stay at a nearby hotel. I highly recommend this store!

not many businesses out there are serious about quality / customer concerns, but wholefoods baltimore reached out to me to address the moldy raspberries and though i've already returned back to california, they were still able to help me resolve the issue in a timely manner. they were responsive and really tried to get as much detail regarding the issue so they can address the issue with their supplier / vendor. coming from a quality background myself, their process / management process in place is solid! thank you, whole foods!
