Hands down the easiest and quickest car purchase I’ve ever experienced. Exceptional customer service from everyone at the dealership, right down to the front office lady who played with our daughters like they were family the whole time. Immediately greeted us when we pulled in. Best deal I had been offered by any dealership I had visited looking for a truck. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Can’t say enough good things.

Highly disappointed, I would leave a zero star review if possible. The owners, salesman nobody would return phone calls (even when they say they did) the only helpful person at this “dealership” was Linda. She was very helpful with everything I needed. They took the liberty and ran my credit report got me an approval, need I remind you spoke to me one time on the phone in the span of 6 days through this whole process. But ran my credit got me approved then I call again because they don’t know how to pick a phone when Linda is not around to see the process of the loan and what not. They sell that truck out from underneath me. This dealership is a racket and doesn’t even deserve a 1 star review. Pathetic.

Listen, I don’t know about anyone else’s experience with this dealer, but I found Johnah to be top notch. He walked me through everything I needed to do and know. He was patient and answered any and all of my questions. If you want to be treated well and with respect, come to this place. You won’t be disappointed.

they sell reliable cars at decent prices a car that’s new or pre owned they will check and fix most issues with the car as soon as it on there lot before selling to customer I was impressed by this me and my fiancée will forever be grateful to prime auto for working with us

I have purchased vehicles from here before. My experience buying my Mazda CX-7 was great! Prime Auto sells quality good looking vehicles. Miguel and his staff were so helpful and answered all of my questions. When I thought something was wrong they were so kind when I brought the car back in and showed me what I was doing wrong. They helped me get my
Z-number so I could register my car in my business name. I will definitely buy more cars for my business and family from Miguel and Prime Auto.
