I have read endless reviews about this business the practices and the employees. Even with all of that I still decided to get furniture. This was totally because I needed a living set quickly . I had several failed deliveries from top furniture stores . The door frame was not cooperating . The online phone representation was amazing . All was explained no hidden fees . One issue they don't assemble that I was aware of and wasn't explained . This was an online /phone transaction. I'm sure this was on the papers I signed but I should have read completely. I should have also been told . That's the only big thing I have an issue with . That's why I gave 4 stars .

I told the lady at this location one week ago that it would be a issues with delivery and or product so please make sure everything was good. Just to get a call one day before delivery to tell me that the coffee table and end tables wasn’t available. Can’t be mad I use to deliver for these people years ago so I already knew it was gonna happen. Now let’s see how my delivery goes tomorrow.

I ordered a table and four chairs at the 25 th St location and Terrell came to my home and assembled the furniture within minutes with ease! Great job !

I purchased 2 bedroom sets and they exceeded my expectations. The sets are durable, sturdy and the beds a very comfortable. The staff are very professional. Attentive and hardworking with great customer service. They will definitely get you right.

This place doesn't deserve to be in businesses honestly. We walked into the store and saw two people sitting around. After waiting for a while nobody came to us. Then when I approached the gentleman he began arguing that he is the only salesperson. To think I was going to get a sofa set. Im happy I didn't!!! Customer service needs improving and store is messy.

Do NOT!!! I REPEAT!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Ultimate Finessers!! I tried to support, even after reading all these reviews, and I thought I would be fine. False!! After you order furniture they will deliver it, but it will be wrapped up to where you cant see what's underneath! Once you unwrap it, and its wrong they will not give you a refund!! Suite yourself! Its not worth the hassle

It a nice cherry wood tall dresser but the smell of it is horrible a musty order from inside can not get the smell out. I wouldn't buy furniture from there again. Then make it hard for replacement. Price Busters you can do better. Very disappointed.
