I got the alternator for my Acura replaced here last week, and received excellent service from Sam. He was prompt, and unlike a previous shop I took my vehicle to, Sam correctly diagnosed the issue and really worked with me to resolve it. I highly recommend this place for all car maintenance needs.

This place is phenomenal! I’ve been to a lot of Precision Tunes within the Baltimore Metro area and this is the best one by far. Usually other stores try to take a hit at your pockets and get you to do unnecessary things to spend money but this store was straight forward and told me what it’s gonna be and what’s it’s not gonna be. The aura and attitude is outstanding especially being a mechanic, I know the job can be a little rough but I seen nothing but great smiles and work ethic. I will be getting work done here more often for sure. I recommend this spot to anybody that is looking for good and reliable mechanics. Great job to Sam and his team!

The best place in town Shop manager was great done an alignment on my ram1500 been denied from different shops but they have pulled ot off in timely manner and in half the price what Mr tire quoted me thanks Mr sam and crew keep doing what you doing 5 stars no doubt
