The Postal Secretary is amazing. Staff knows customers by name and welcomes everyone as they come in. They do the best to make a customer feel valued. It is well worth going there for their customer service. Nothing is too small for them to help you with. A true asset to our community.

Love it here but I dropped off a box and they didn’t scan it in and now it’s missing. It had very expensive clothes. Someone there is stealing. All my other boxes dropped off that day went through except the one that had expensive dresses. So upset! Should have gotten a receipt

I was just charged a $1:16 to print one paper???
I emailed them and asked them to print it . The guy printed it then told me the price. If I knew I would have canceled and returned my package another day.

In these troubled times we are truly fortunate to have Postal Secretary at 2833 Smith Avenue, Greenspring shopping center.Today I took a bunch of stuff there, including a blazingly marked Fedex package, for which the sender company had provided a UPS return label.Alisann at Postal Secretary said UPS would not shipsuch a noticeable Fedex package. She offered to sell me a neutral envelop and said she would handle the rest.But before we did that she changed her mind and simply turned the Fedex envelope inside out, creating a gray-colored neutral plastic package. She then carefully razor-moved to old address label, reattached it and repackaged the contents.None of this produced Alisann a penny, but she did it voluntarily and cheerily.Alisann is my Monday Hero!

Is it weird that I am reviewing a postal service? Probably, but it is rare these days to walk into businesses and get a smile. Even calling them, I can hear a smile over the phone. Need some help closing up your boxes? No problem! So for that I am grateful. Thank you Postal Secretary!

Went to mail a few items to multiple addresses, the people working there were super helpful and friendly, making sure to get me the lowest possible rate for packaging and mailing (even if it was a little more than the post office). I went there because I thought I'd get better customer service than the post office and they vastly exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be going back for future needs.

They lie about their price being the same as post office. I went there twice. They told me for the service I needed their price is the same as USPS. Afterwards I checked the prices on USPS site and found out it would be cheaper in the post office.

I use to love this place however recently I dropped off a package and now no one knows where my package is. PLEASE IF YOU’RE GOING TO USE THIS PLACE GET A RECEIPT NO MATTER WHAT!! 425$ down the drain.
