AVOID PNC. They had someone do a CMA on my house and they were using 3 year old data. They refused to share why/how this happened. They refused to expedite the re/do process. No apologies offered. Go anywhere else and probably to local credit unions. They need our, super hard fought for, assets to survive just as we do.

Editing to update since my suggested edit was denied: if you are not a resident, you will be turned away at the gate. There may be a private PNC location for this community, but it is not accessible to the public.The bank is fine - this location is wrong. The address leads you to a gated community. The PNC is actually in the Giant Foods down the street.

The bank is located inside the Charlestown community. Stay to the right when your enter the security gate. Then follow the road around past buildings 715 and 719, turn left to the circle driveway, which is the next building behind 719. Enter the building at the circle driveway. Hopefully this helps people find their way.

No bank or ATM there. Or may be hidden inside a tree or something. So good luck finding it!
