Terrible customer service! The manager refused to help me with my name change even though I brought in my new social security card and drivers license proving the name change and had an appointment. When I arrived she was more preoccupied watching videos on her computer than helping anyone.

I am sincerely disappointed with this bank. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I must say, today was one for the books. To keep it short, this particular location has one of the rudest and inconsiderate tellers that I’ve ever interacted with, working today. The Security Guard was a wonderful lady, very considerate, but the teller, not so much. I tried to not even go inside because there have only been, in my recollection, two well trained professionals at the teller position. Then I called into Customer Service and the Representative was anything but of service to me. She refused to let me speak with a Supervisor, even though I asked politely at least 10 times. I’m thinking if this is how they treat long time loyal customers, they will not value newer customers either. Go to a Credit Union. Do not go here.

It was perhaps the best experience I ever had at a bank. The staff is very caring and provide the service to the best they can. They are all very knowledgeable and know very well what they are doing. Sometime you need an opinion from someone who is subject expert and that's what we get from the staff at this location. I must say Amber Ernsthberger and Njegos Paunic are above and beyond! Thank you.

Personally, I go to this bank every day and the security and everyone are so friendly, but today it was my worst experience with A CASHIER. I took the deposits from the business, she made me wait for change and after I didn't have it, the treatment was horrible.

PNC Bank at Brewers Hill, is everything a bank should be.They are professional, kind, and right in my neighborhood. I opened up a business account today with the Branch Manager Cynthia Stafford. She was a true professional from start to finish. Cynthia was so welcoming and kind she made me feel like a very important person.Cynthia took care of all my needs, she's a very good listener and pays attention to details. Cynthia even went out of her way and made a phone interview with a financial adviser when i was there. Wow!! Amazing customer service! I'm looking forward to banking with Cynthia and PNC for many years to come. If you're looking for a very professional friendly bank. This is the one!

I needed to withdraw $3k. After waiting 30 minutes with 2 kids, I was told they could only dispense 2k as they are short on cash. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank

The two females working (slowly) inside were not friendly towards me. They were more concerned about getting information on where to buy a dog from a lady in a Petco t-shirt. I won't do business inside this branch again and will make a corporate complaint. Do better.**PS Samantha the branch manager addressed my concerns immediately and encouraged me to stop back and introduce myself which I intend to do.***Please direct concerns directly to the branch manager as she does not regularly interact with Google reviews***
