I used to be an employee of this location and I would give it zero stars if I could. Management is incompetent, they’ve shown racial biases to members and employees. Specifically Kyle Miller. Due to a racial bias, I was terminated without cause and without proper compensation. Management does not train its new employees in the proper ways to sanitize the gym. Also there’s been no solution to the car theft that’s now regularly happening at this location. Employees such as Dom, Beth, Tammy, and Sam have also shown proof of racial biases. Please STAY AWAY.

Guy at the front desk with glasses is rude. Cut me off when I was trying to talk to him and had an attitude with me. Customer service here sucks.

I have a friend who takes me as a guest. They are so polite and friendly there that I am considering getting a membership myself. And they really keep everything CLEAN unlike other gyms I've had members for.

My local does not have personal trainers. I come to work out on the machines and sit in the massage chair. It is amazing. Otherwise, I’m planning to switch over to LA Fitness again. Planet Fitness takes more money from my account than a membership at Planet Fitness would.

I gave 2 stars because its location and the fact they’re 24hrs. However, the contract terms and the process to cancel your membership is extremely inconvenient. They either want you to come in person or send a letter, seriously???? Lol. We are in the 21st century, and we’re still sending letters for something that would take literally 2-3 mins to do online, comical to say the very least. What if the letter does not get delivered or is destroyed in transit by i don’t know, liquid damage. Whatever, safe to say I will never sign up for planet fitness again, they hook you into a contract and the only way out is to inconvenience you more by taking time out of your day for a personal visit and going back to the 80s and writing a letter. What a joke.

I told them about some of the people that they’re hiring.
This Gym is Going down real bad.
We never had this problem before
I took my address out of the system because I know this kind of stuff was coming I could sense it.
But No one is listening .

This location has CAR THEFT.
I use to come here until one of my family members cars was stolen. It happened at night time, the workers they have there are CLUELESS. They told us 6 cars got stolen at that location within 2 weeks. CAR THEFT. DO NOT COME HERE.
