Been calling this location for the last 2 days. It like that no one wants to answer the phone I no longer live in the area so was trying to transfer my home gym. Due to the fact that this is a privately ran planet fitness. I just want someone to answer the phone.

Very convenient. Friendly staff. State of the art equipment. Affordable and easy access accommodations. Great workout environment. Definitely recommend to all.

In regards to the Teen Summer Pass: I understand PF’s idea in providing something positive for the kids but….they are tearing these machines up! Letting the weights slam on the machines, not sanitizing after use, congregating around the equipment and are running around the place like it’s recess. My experience here since the Teen Pass started has been awful ?

If I could give this location a 0 I would. The customer service here is trash. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them for over and hour and not one call that I have made has been answered. I know that it’s not busy there because of the meter that it shows in the app but seriously hire people who will actually pickup a phone call.

The staff is awesome. It's very clean the staff stay on top of it. I love this location because I feel welcome and glad I made it my home gym

I have been going to this gym since they have opened. I love how its never crazy crowded and not a lot of machine hogging. I also appreciate that they have a new round of staff members that speak when you come and go, and the bathrooms are so much more fresh. I do think they need to do those rounds around the gym like they did before to remind people to stop have loud conversations on the phone, have loud music/speaker boxes and to CLEAN the equipment when they are done. Some of those members are disgusting.

I love working out and PF is convenient for me . I have at 3 locations that I attend , but I prefer the PF in the Alameda shopping ctr. The manager Tony is accommodating, efficient, and hard working. He keeps the Loiterers out and keeps the gym immaculately clean..
