Great cycle of work out machines and HydroMassage if gold member. Just 30.36 a month plus 49.00 annual fee and 1 dollar down for gold membership. Monthly fee on 15th and annual on August 1.

They overcharged me because they said I didn’t have a second account, which when I signed up it never asked for but somehow it’s my fault so they charged me late fees and never told me why, no email no nothing. They own me $45 that I will never see because they care more about money than consumer service. I wouldn’t recommend planet fitness to anyone. It’s more worth it to spend on a nicer gym with nicer employees.

A very welcoming, non-judgemental place to exercise. The cost is very reasonable too, for those of us who work hard but don't have unlimited financial resources. There is no excuse for not getting healthy, with Planet Fitness locations everywhere.

I enjoy going to the gym but this place has made the experience a challenging on so many levels. The employees are rude and harassed three times on my last visit. The funny thing I asked for a manager and was told she wasn’t there, minutes later she comes out, the guy lied. I pay for a black card and when I bring someone they always question me. Then they act like they never saw me. Such liars. The employees there need customer services skills. It a shame that I have go to one that is farther away so I can workout without being harassed, this is such an inconvenience. Such a shame

The Sraff is always helpful, smiling and engaging. Special shout out to Brii. I've read many of the reviews of the staff being rude and disrespectful. Brii always shows a high level of customer service and professionalism. Cory is another person who deserves praise. He has always been professional. My advice to the one star people is this come or call in in with a smile and positive attitude, ask the staff how they are doing. They are people just like you. If you come in and engage with good energy it's going to get returned.
