Quick and friendly people working here. I'm sorry I'm bad with names but the lady at shipping desk is the best! Great attitude and makes sure if a truck was loaded before lunch she gets their paperwork done and to them so they don't have to wait until their break is over so they can get on the road!

The lady in the office is nice, but anywhere that closes for lunch for an hour is rediculous. Drivers have jobs to do. There's no reason you can't find coverage for lunch.

Loading is slow , unless you get the 2 good guys. Lady in office is nice. But takes a hour to check in and out. Been sitting here over a after check in still nkthing

Keep driving straight from 7700, Entrance is from Gate 2. Follow the road to the shipping office(1mile). Black lady working in shipping office is soo friendly and helpful if you are here for first time don’t worry she got you and explain you whatever your question is regading loading.Fill the form on the table. Bring your licence with you. They will call you once your load is ready.Once loaded come back to shipping office for paper work.Most of the times it takes 2-3 hours if you are here for billets.Free Overnight Parking is available.Shipping staff- 5/5Loading- 4/5Waiting- 4/5

Very beautiful and very kind woman at the shipping office took great care of me. She was very welcoming and helped me through the whole process. She is a breeze, hopefully she is working when you check in.

All my drive time is being wasted sitting here waiting for them to load one truck and there's two trucks in front of me still.Even finding the place is so confusing if you never been here before due to the the fact there's no signs for Pacoroni. Horrible experience, and I hope I never have to come here again.The only positive I have to say is the lady at check-in was very helpful.

My truck was there at 12:30 they told him he will get loaded quick , he got loaded 6 pm and of course they dont pay detention because it FCFS place. I will never send my truck there again and will never work with UACL LLC broker as well.

11:00 am pick up appointment. Checked in at 10:45. 3:20 pm and still waiting. Not even the order we arrived it's not respected ??♂️??????????????
