Horrible, predatory practices. Not sure if it's laziness or what but it's impossible to get straight answers or anything helpful and the amount of difficulty we have had trying to cancel an insurance policy is unreal. Be cautious.

I bought the mile wise plan because I don’t use my BMW which is under repair in my garage, so this plan seems perfect. However I get nasty messages every other week telling me my rate is going to increase if I don’t plug-in my device, I keep explaining the battery doesn’t hold a charge and the device doesn’t work without power and the car is not running it under repair. I guess I have to start looking for another solution.

Perry is very detail oriented and extremely committed to his customers. He is personable and remembers his customers by name. Perry makes insurance easy to understand where as many insurance companies/Agents just assume that everyone knows what certain terms mean.

This insurance agent keeps sending me a $1300 bill because I which insurance companies. He kept sending me letters to come back because I was a loyal customer for 10yrs or better. But when I didn't, this Bill started showing up. When I contacted him, he was very rude and is a liar claiming that I kept hanging up on him. Why would I hang up when you're trying to screw me out of money I don't owe. I want and need to talk about like adults, He says he didn't want to report me not having insurance to MVA but I proved to him that I did have insurance so why are you still sending me this Bill? Seems to me that you're trying to scam the system in some way or another but it won't be with me. You guys have over charged me for that Lame insurance coverage for 10yrs or better, enough is enough now. If my insurance lapsed you would've sent it to the MVA with the quickest like you did before but it didn't and now you're trying to scam money out of me. I wonder how many people have you been doing this too? I know I won't be a victim.... You better fix it like you lied to us and already said you did when my new insurance company sent you the proof.
