I purchased a vehicle from Parsons Auto. I worked with Ms. Chris and she was very helpful and I had a fantastic experience dealing with her, she's such a wonderful and friendly person. I love my vehicle and are so glad I came to you.

My best friend recently purchased a car from Parsons Auto on Eastern Avenue and unfortunately, her experience was less than satisfactory, actually it’s been horrifying! The sales team seemed friendly but after driving the car for just a few days, she noticed that the transmission was not functioning properly.
I immediately contacted the dealership to address the issue, but she was met with resistance and excuses. Finally, after taking it to another mechanic to have it tooled at, they informed her she was driving a “DEATH TRAP!” and the vehicle should have never been for sale.
Even though, Parsons Auto claimed that the car had been thoroughly inspected before being sold to her and that any issues were likely due to normal wear and tear.
Parsons Auto refused to even fix the issue, she had to go through the bank utilizing the warranty she purchased (thank goodness she purchased one) and still had to pay $3250 out of pocket because Parsons Auto refused to own their part in selling a faulty machine…
Overall, STAY AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS! This place is what gives a car salesman stereotypical names. I was extremely disappointed to see this go down for my friend and don’t want this to happen to any other woman or person out there! She felt misled and taken advantage of, as she was sold a car with a serious mechanical issue that should have been disclosed prior to the sale. I would caution others to thoroughly inspect any vehicle purchased from this dealership and to proceed with caution when considering a purchase.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FRM THESE PPL!!! I purchased a 2015 Nissan Sentra in November for $8k and on the 33rd day the transmission started slipping and I was told there’s nothing they can do because my warranty expired 3 days prior,it is now in the shop at Aamco getting a new transmission and also the AC went up so that’s getting fixed to. Also a month after I bought it I needed to purchase a battery because the battery was corroded. Thank god I paid $1900 for a year extended warranty through my bank and they are covering $4300 which is the blue book value of the repairs but I still have to pay $3250 out of pocket towards the transmission and AC repairs, because the total was 7k..I will be contacting a civil case lawyer. Also the display on the radio wasn’t working during my test drive so they replaced the radio but 2 days later it started going out again n the owner told me it was doing it because it was cold..which I’ve never heard of a radio not working because it’s cold..Def do not purchase car from this place they are crooks! Also while I was there getn my radio replaced there was a guy there that called the police on them because he wanted his money back because he just purchased a car from thm in cash took it to his guy n it didn’t pass inspection n had the paperwork saying so and the son proceeded to tell him it did pass because their ppl did it, of course their going to say tht!! Ain’t no way my car passed inspection,just with the battery alone being corroded let alone the transmission slipping, Aamco said what they call death code came up about my transmission

I repeat do not buy any cars from this place!!!! My friend Tiffany had a horrible experience and so did I. I purchased my son a car from here as his first car and on the 31st day the engine went up. They sold me a ?. The car was 7000 for my son which was paid in cash with my hard earned money. He is very disappointed now because he has no car and I can't purchase another at this time for him. His dreams was shattered from this awful company. This car couldn't have passed inspection. I will be contacting a lawyer. Screw you Parson.

Back in April of 2024 I decided to give Parsons a chance and purchase a vehicle. ? I ended up with a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. Every car has 30 days Dealership Warranty(which they did not honor, I have text message proof) & Then they tell you go to the extended warranty for the next 2 years. Immediately after driving this car, I begin smelling a burning sensation as my brothers were in the car as well. Text after text and call after call to the dealership’s mechanic he PROMISED me that he would get these things fixed asap. I drove from Delaware to MD just to be told “not today” as he begin to stall me to ensure that the 30 days would be passed by. I continually called and was told “the 30 days have now passed”. Driving on the high way back home, my car went into a full smoke causing me to pull the car over and make a call to immediate dealership, this is what I was told and it is very true based on the other comments apparently: These cars aren’t passing inspection, they cars are pushed through, someone that they know of to pass inspection and recently I have Filed a Motion through MVA to begin this investigation along with the messages and everything else needed. Thanks to the guidance from the Chevrolet dealership.
Engine issues, stabilitrak, Seat belt issue, tires issues, and more these mostly are items that are on the state inspection.
Be very careful with these sideline dealerships- they know the issues but once you put pin to paper it’s like a jail sentence. I’ve shared with them the harm that these issues bought my family, in one ear and out the other!

Got a car with no money down had issues with the car they said 30 day warranty and would fix it. They said the fixed it a week later same problems accrued. Said bring it back they had to cancel. Then the day I went back to reschedule the said it was past the 30 day warranty

Came to Parsons hoping to get back to work and I had myself and a cosigner with almost 700 credit. I also offered a $600 down payment. Ran My application and told me I would need at least $2,500 down payment for a $8,000 car. I left Parsons and went to eastern's Auto with the same deal they ran my credit and now I'm driving a 2019 $25,000 car and was told I could be approved for multiple cars, All I had to do was sign. It was a night and day experience with comparison when it came to financing. I don't have an issue with customer service as both places had very well experienced car salesman. I just can't figure out why at Parsons I needed so much when I'm sure most of these used car places go through the same banks. With very favorable monthly payments another car place stole a good customer.
