Owen is my Insurance Agent and he is always on top of my issues and he is always there for me, even it's something small I can always count on him. I have no issues at all with Allstate and I don't plan to. I had been with about 5 or 6 other insurance companies and never recieved the service that I do with Allstate. I am very happy!!!

the staff is always pleasent. Owen me always finds time to see me and finds out how how I am and if I need anything .he says I remind him of my mom who recommened him years ago . very pleased

So far so good the only thing is that the insurance keeps going up without no notice I wish y'all notify costumer's about the increase instead of us paying the bill and see that the insurance went up

Allstate's rates are extremely high. Continually go up every 6 months. Totally uncalled for!

Allstate is a great insurance I will recommend to anyone. You can take advantage of the Drivewise product to reduce the already pocket friendly premium. The saver you drive the better with Drivewise. 3+ years with Allstate has been rewarding.

The Owen Landis Allstate office is the best insurance company I have worked with!! The team is always very helpful and reliable even for customers like myself that do not live near their office. They always help me understand my policy details and bill information. I would recommend them to anyone near and far.

I had been with my insurance provider for over 40 years. I had 4 separate policies with them. I thought I was happy with them, until I was talking with a friend comparing our car insurances. She was paying way less for their car insurance than I was paying through that same provider and she had had several speeding tickets and a couple of accidents. I had none. I wasn't as happy as I thought. Kind of made me mad.I started to look around. I received an email that offered policy reviews for insurance from all the top insurance companies. I signed up. Many companies answered. They really didn't seem to want to answer questions. Jim Smith at Allstate offered an Allstate Personalized Insurance Proposal and was the most professional of all of the respondents. Jim went through the proposal line by line and was incredibly quick to answer all my questions regarding my existing policy and how they would compare to the new proposed policies should I choose to switch. There was no pressure, plenty of patience, and a good understanding of my insurance needs. When it was all said and done, I changed all 4 of my policies to Allstate and saved a boatload of money too!
