I took the car after having a dashboard error message on Chevy Equinox on 10/27 early morning, car was there for diagnosis till Tuesday 10/31 evening, No issue found. Drove car 1-2 miles from the service center got the same error, brought car again to dealership on11/2 and waited till 11/8. Still diagnose not completed. I were told they have to do some electrical inspection and there is no ETA went to took my car and it was mentioned I declined the 3 hour electrical inspection which was blatant lie, I took my car because they couldn't confirm how many more days it could take. Very poor customer experience

I received a call from Broadus Mason. he said that if i came in...i?would drive out. Well...let me tell you...he did just that.Even with my credit not that good. Traded in my 2013 and drove out in a 2018. Kudos to you sir. A man of his word! I would definitely do business with them again!.

I have purchased my last 2 Vehicles from Ourisman, a 2019 Suburban and earlier this week a 2024 Silverado RST. I was with Muhammad Khan for both ventures and we cant be happier with both of our interactions with him. We have already sent friends and family to see him and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a Chevy go to Ourisman and ask for Muhammad you'll understand why.THANKS Muhammad

My vehicle has been at this shop for 30 days. It was a really bad experience. I regretted choosing this company my car insurance company suggested. Everytime my scheduled pick up date came, no one called me to tell me it wouldn't be ready. This happened five times. I would be told I would get a call, but never did. I had to constantly call and see what was going on. Eventually someone would get back to me and finally break the bad news to me that it wouldn't be ready. Rescheduled every week five times. Wrong parts were ordered multiple times, prolonging my pick up date. I use my vehicle for work and didn't have rental coverage so it really took a toll on me. I appreciate the manager trying to help me get back on the road and temporarily having the wrong part cut and installed on my window, but it's already coming off the very next day and you can see glue squirted on the area and it wasn't cut properly, a gap is still on the plastic molding, so water can still get down inside my door. I did notice a dent on the panel area that was fixed, but that was the least of my worries, I just needed my car back. I noticed big scratches on my car that wasn't there when it was brought there. Not sure if it could've happened during inspection at the other shop though. I thought the worse part was waiting a month with constant parts ordered wrong and no communication unless I called in, but after they finally reassembled my vehicle and trying to give a temporary fix to one issue on my vehicle and I finally got my vehicle back, there's a really loud noise under my vehicle when I drive. After checking, the whole strut or whatever the piece is called over top near the wheel is ripped apart and damaged and none of my lights work on the right side now. Finally get my car back, but it now has more issues than it had before it was sent in. I regret using this company and am daunted by the fact of me having to call back yet again and have to deal with this company again and wait for an inspection possibly and wait for them to fix a temporary patch work issue along with all the other stuff that is now wrong with it that wasn't when it was brought in. Horrible experience.

My Advice Sharay completely set my mind at ease about the process of my repairs. She was knowledgeable and communicative throughout. This is the most professional experience I have ever had at a dealership. The team did a great job with a quick turnaround.

It's always a pleasure to drop my car off for service at Ourisman Chevrolet on Security Blvd, the service representative are always helpful and pleasant also the service to your car is done excellent!! and in a timely fashion. Wouldn't take my Chevy any place else but here.

One of worse Dealerships I experience in my life and most of their employees are unprofessional . You may think why I am giving them the worse review it’s because me and one of my best friend we bought Two cars from them and it is more 6 months we are trying to solve our problem with them, mostly they are not answering Our calls and if they answer they are lying and cheating you that is all………. If any one needs proof I can send themIn response to whom it’s replying me why you’re still lying and it’s has been 5 to 6 months that we’re waiting and we contacted our banks they saying we don’t have any pending transactions and any types transactions will be by the banks during 5 to 6 business days

First off, I dropped my vehicle off early in the morning and nobody ever called me to give me a status or anything. I called to check on my vehicle and got the run around. I talked to two different people and they gave me two different stories. The advisor who put my information in the system added extra work and cost that wasn’t associated to me. They basically tried to force me to get other work down that I didn’t ask for. After getting a manager involved, things were settled but I’ll never go here for anything and I mean anything!! I find it crazy that I told the advisor everything in the beginning and you still write up whatever you want. I felt bullied and that’s not cool. This is not their first time doing things of this nature! I definitely do not recommend!

I haven’t had a bad experience yet since i purchased my car in January 2023. My most recent visit, Victoria was a tremendous help for me and is an awesome communicator. I truly appreciate her. She’s a great asset to the Ourisman dealership.

I am currently having my vehicle serviced at this location and I would not recommend this place to anyone. My vehicle has been here since 8/8/23 and as of today, I am still being told that the technician is not finished working on my vehicle.I understand that the first week I was waiting for the warranty company to approve the work. When I received a call from Eric (service writer) on 8/14/23 that my vehicle was approved for repair and that they were going to order the parts and start working. I was told my vehicle would be ready by the end of the week early next week at the latest.I arrived at this location on 8/18/23 and I was informed that the last part had arrived earlier that morning and my vehicle would be ready early the following week, Tuesday at the latest. I called Eric on Monday 8/21/23 and he told me they were waiting on a part to arrive. I explained to him that the part arrived on 8/18/23 and I would like to know when my car would be ready.Eric informed me that the vehicle would be ready later that day or Tuesday. I told him that I must retrieve my vehicle since I had to return my rental car by Wednesday 8/23/23.Today is 8/23/23 and I arrived at the location only to find out that my vehicle was not ready and now I am being told that it will later today or by 12 noon on 8/24/23.Eric has not followed up with me and there seems to be NO sense of urgency to repair and turn the vehicle back to me. I encourage EVERYONE to shop around for their service needs before choosing this location. Unless you have time to waste....Today is 8/24/23 and my vehicle repairs should have been completed by 12pm according to Eric. The time is 12:05 pm and I have not received any updates in regards to my vehicle. Again, to avoid this experience take your vehicle to another shop. One that values the time of their customers.

The sales experience itself was pretty good. Craig did a great job and we didn't feel overly pressured. They bent to our needs for the most part. I will say that this was my first Chevrolet buying experience, and I think your customer service is very good compared to other dealership brands. I don't particularly like new car purchases from past experience w/ others, but I'm looking forward to doing business w/ this dealership in the future as I reach retirement in a few years and will need a new personal vehicle; something sporty ; )

The buying process was smooth and nicely done. The service department not so much. I bought my brand new Malibu in Nov 2022. I recently took my vehicle in because my passenger side floor would flood with every rain. I made it very clear that I was due to give birth at any moment and I needed a loaner vehicle. They did not have a loaner for me. They had a 3rd party come in and fix the sealing problem. No one thought to clean up the water in my vehicle before telling me the vehicle was ready. By the time I made it to the dealership, no one was there to finish the job. My vehicle smelled liked mildew. I had no choice but to take my vehicle because I did not want to be without a vehicle if I went into labor that night. The supervisor did say I could bring my car back the next day to be fully detailed. Well that never happened because I ended up going into labor that night. I will say the 3rd party did fix the problem in a few hours. I dropped my vehicle off on a Wednesday morning and it was ready by 3pm that same day. Having water sitting in my car while I spent 5 days in the hospital was not fun.

I took my car in for repair and from the very beginning I felt I was at the right place. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Justin was to the point and I like and appreciated that.
