Stay away from this dealer. Particularly from Blake (Sales Manager). All he lacks on sales experience and professionalism is reflected in poor customer service. He is dishonest and wont hesitate to be rude, and to try to intimidate you. Will not let you speak, talk over, etc. Unfortunately, employees like this thrive in toxic environments hence why I’m recommending to stay away from this dealer… they also made an offer and backed down on it…. Plenty of dealers out there!

My Camaro needed a repair and Shawn and the team got it done. Very communicative and didn’t over charge. It sat at a previous dealership for a week. Took it here Tuesday and they had it fixed by Friday afternoon. Highly recommend this shop. Will be my go to when/if mechanic can’t figure out a fix.

Worst service that I have experienced. Had my car detailed last July but they just left it oily with visible dirt. Mind you my car was not that dirty I just got it because of the detailing voucher. I also reported a noise problem on my radio that when I googled for a few seconds sent me to some forums that they just need to update my radio but when they returned the car to me they did not mention that it was not fixed. I just saw in the paper the next day that they said they cannot recreate the problem.
Gave them another chance and had my oil change this August. The service advisor offered me the 25k mileage service but I said that I have to leave at 9:30am (dropped the car off at 7am) but he said that he can also do the service by 9:30am. I paid everything after the service at around 9:35 and went on my way. The next day i noticed that the windshield wipers are creating a weird sound and upon inspection there's now a scratch on my windshield. Went back to report this problem. The service advisor initially told me that my vehicle got a report about the bad wipers from the technician and he told me about it but HE haven't said anything about it. When another person came he made an excuse that he had to rush it because I wanted to leave early so he was not able to tell me about the problem but I did not get a hardcopy or an email of the vehocle report that they should have given to me. I DID NOT ASKED for the 25k service but he offered it to me to make income but now it is my fault that he got greedy. This is the worst service center in Maryland that only wants your money but would not take responsibility from their mistakes.

The Good: The car was done in the estimated time. The service manager, Kysha was kind and helpful after I was left waiting without an update after the employee helping me went home sick.
The Bad:
1. an employee stole 25 cents from our car. We use it to get a car at the grocery store multiple times per week and his been in the same spot for years. It was there in the morning and gone when we got home.
2. I was overcharged by $75 for a battery test. I told the service team to replace the battery because it was 7 years old. It doesn't have issues, but I wanted to get ahead of it. The quote given to me before repair work started listed a test for $0, so I didn't pay it any mind. After checkout the list of jobs, parts prices, & labor prices, were different and included a $75 charge to test the old battery. It came in and was working fine as stated to the employee at checkin- i didn't need it tested.
3. The employee didn't save my information & list my concerns in the system incorrectly. It stated the vehicle showed up with a dead battery, which is incorrect. My phone number was completely wrong on the final bill.
4. I'm still not sure what work was done on the car. The initial quote said I needed to be charged for the parts and service for loose rear suspension, then I would need to be charged for an alignment after that (I asked why it wasn't included, to which I got a vague non-answer). The final bill has a different quote for this job & only lists the parts at a higher rate.
5. I called in 4 times between 4:00-6:30 PM to get an update on the vehicle. 3 times I got no answer. The 4th time, I got put on hold for 38 minutes before hanging up. I just drove in because the service department closes at 7 PM.
6. Upon arrival, there was another customer waiting, nobody at the desk, but employees casually chatting and laughing in the back room beyond the desks - phones ringing without getting answered.

Fantastic experience with the Collision Center at Ourisman. This is the second time we’ve had a car get hit while parked and Ourisman has done an amazing job both times. Clear communication. Friendly, personable staff, great communication. Our vehicle looked amazing! They even cleaned it, inside and out. We have small kids who drop snacks, leave little bits of trash behind, you name it. When we got our car back it looked practically brand new! They even shined the tires! Highly recommend this collision center.

In my experience Ourisman Chevy on Security Blvd. has done poorly. Issues I have had other than a basic oil change required multiple return visits to rectify. And multiple service charges! While the staff is friendly and courteous, some lack accountability with respect to customer issues. Calling to get information regarding my repair status is terrible. The phone goes unanswered and call-backs are non-existent. Service charges are outrageous. This last visit is probably my last visit.

I've sent the 2013 Chevy Equinox to Ourisman Chevy Baltimore on 8/15/2024. I mentioned to them that I have an extended warranty (American Auto Shield). They told me not to call them and that they'd would call them and handle things, in which they never did. Ourisman held my Equinox for 7 days. Their shuttle sent he to Hertz and initially held the rental for 4 days from 8/15 to 8/19. I waited over 24 hours to hear from Ourisman, but I never heard from them... I've called Ourisman to see the progress of the Equinox but I couldn't get a hold of anyone. When last Monday (8/19) came around, because I didn't anything from Ourisman concerning the Equinox, I had to extend the rental for 3 more days from 8/19-8/22. Thanks to the lack of communication from Ourisman, I paid out-of-pocket for 7 days' worth of rental. I trusted Ourisman to do the right thing, but I realize they don't consider me as a top-priority... They held my car for 7 days and in those 7 days, they really didn't any diagnostic due to their tech having a family emergency or was in the hospital or whatever... They should have at least 2 techs or 3... I considered extending the rental for 4 more days, but I decided to cancel and return the rental. I called Ourisman last Thursday and informed them I wanted my Equinox back. They came to the conclusion that they couldn't find any issues with the Equinox... I had the check engine light on for 3 days and had error code "P2097". I had them check it out, but they can't duplicate my concerns... I told them I paid for 7 days' worth of rental, and I wanted to get reimbursed, but they told me to get a hold of the warranty company (AAS) to seek it. I told American Auto Shield what happened and why I sadly didn't inform them that I was taking the Equinox to Ourisman. They asked for a claim, but Ourisman never made one. So, I won't be reimbursed for the rental. I've made a big mistake in letting Ourisman "handle" things for me. They should've communicated thing with me within at least 24 hours of having my Equinox in their shop. On my end, I should've called AAS to let them know I was putting the Equinox in the shop... Because I didn't inform them of anything and the lack of communication from Ourisman, I kicked out money on the rental. I should've gotten the Equinox back last Monday instead. Ourisman said they would call/text me with an update, but they never did... I ended up meeting them in person and got the Equinox back... At the end of the day, money & time was wasted. Ourisman should improve on how they handle business with customers and communicate with them with updates/progress. I hope no one else have to go through what I went through... I've never heard that it took a few-7 days to get something diagnosed (and they couldn't find anything) ... Ourisman should have adequate staff to take on the job(s) coming to them and have better communication with customers. I now will have to look for another, better repair shop to address my concerns I'm still having... Advice to those who need to send their vehicle(s) to a shop and possibly get a rental, if you have extended warranty coverage, please CALL your warranty company first before you put it in a shop... so you could be reimbursed if there's a claim... I hope repair shops consider communicating with the customers, step-by-step and do better business if they want a 5-star review...

What a terrible service. Drove 2- 1/2 hrs from DC with a bank check in hand to buy a car that I had inquired and was told it was available as I was driving up there, just to be told the car was just sold. The manager didn't even care about my complain in regards to the treatment and bad information from his staff.

Diamonte was a great service writer. He gave me options for my repair and the dearlership was not to cheapest option but was the most expedient. I selected the dealership option for the entire repair and it was performed within hours. I was extremely pleased with my service and my service writer

Everyone at the dealership was amazing. The shuttle driver Anthony was top tier.
