Moved from MD to NYC. Did some market research and ORLY provided the best price. Liz was incredibly communicative and offered flexible storage and delivery options for my small move. She was also responsive over phone, text, or email. The movers that came on site were very professional. With the logistical challenge this is moving to NYC, Orly was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. Would highly recommend them to those looking for moving/storage services on the East Coast!

We had moved to Florida from Baltimore five years ago. We used Orly at that time and had a wonderful experience. Now my mom was moving from Baltimore to Florida, so I called Orly again! I worked with Liz. Liz was very helpful and was able to get my mother's items on a truck within two days and in Florida in another five days! Everything was done very professionally and we would happily recommend using Orly for a local or a long distance move!

The guys did an exceptional job packing and moving my belongings to our new house. I used Orly 22 years ago when I moved to the house that I am now vacating. It was a great experience then as it was with my current move. I would recommend them for your moving needs.

Orly was great! Customer service was A+, from getting a quote (last minute) to final payment. The communication was quick and clear. The team of movers were excellent, very efficient and kind. They even agreed to bring our couch back to our old house (about a mile away) when it wouldn't fit into the new one. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them! Also the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use Orly again.

We’re very unsatisfied with our experience with this moving company. We signed an electronic contract for $200 an hour. We signed a paper contract the day of the move before the move occurred also for $200 an hour. When the move was over, the foreman, changed the hourly rate to $230 an hour with a vague explanation given for changing it. This is unethical! The foreman was a bully to his other movers and to us. He insisted on moving our furniture where he wanted it. We changed it a week later because it was not what we wanted. Some pieces of furniture were scraped; a dining room chair is now trash. Even though they wrapped it, it still cracked in several places. The movers pulled the truck up too close to our new home, flattening grass and leaving wrapped up tape on the lawn. We contacted the company directly and were told that the owner would contact us. Update: management and the owner did contact us and resolved some of the above issues. It still took us over a month to undo the furniture placement done by the foreman.

Hired Orly movers for a move today, and they made the whole process stress free, from booking to moving day. Liz was great to work with. Very professional, and explained in great detail what to expect as this was my first time hiring a moving company. The movers were great, once they showed up, they got to work. They handled all my items with great care,it couldn't have gone any smoother. Would recommend this company for any moving needs. I used Orly Moving in March to move into our house. Liz was super efficient and getting in to contact to book the quote and lock in the move. Julio was super helpful with providing boxes and giving an accurate quote of what we needed packing supplies wise. The day of the move, the movers arrived on time and ready to go. They worked quickly and efficiently and within a few hours had the whole house packed and ready to go. They unloaded fast and the whole process was seamless and easy from start to finish! We truly appreciated this as the home buying process was stressful and the last thing, we wanted was issues with the move. I would recommend, Liz, Julio, and the Orly team 100 times over! They were wonderful!
