at first they said that they are a Rolex certified servicing store, so I dropped my watch off. They didn't finish the job and then I learned that they weren't a certified Rolex store when I took my watch to Radcliffe. I then had to pay a second time, this time to get it certified officially. I was eventually told that they weren't a certified service center. Buyer beware, that's all. I feel like I got suckered, just ate the money and now I know where to and not to go.

This is one of the best jewelry store in Baltimore i ever seen. they sale their nice product specially gold and silver on cheap prices. they did engrave and picture on dog tag too! that awesome!

I went to this store to repair my watch. Compared to other store they gave me a very good deal, so I was very happy. I will Visit this store again to get some watch, I like their collection.

Be careful when you purchase from this stall. I brought a bracelet then returned for refund the next day. Because he didn't want to refund my money to my card, he charged my card again instead of refunding my money. Then he said he made a mistake and did the refund. My issue, the inconvenience of having to wait 7 to 45 days for my money dejbited back to my account. Shame shame shame!!!! Karma will visit him.
