Poor service experience. Went in with an appointment for an oil change. Was told it would be at least 2 hour wait time. Almost every other Ford dealership I’ve been to offered a quick lane type operation. In and out in 45 minutes or less for the same service.
Norris Ford needs to do better for their valued customers. Why have appointments if you can’t handle the basics in less than 2 hours.

3 Reasons why you should NOT get your car serviced here.
1) False Pretenses. They told me over the phone that they had loaners. When I arrived, someone else told me that they’ve never had loaners.
2) Poor Advisement. I dropped my car off at 9am. At 6pm, I hadn’t received any updates. I called to find out the service department had closed. No communication from the my “Service Advisor” that my car would be staying overnight or anything. No paper trail or online status report. Couldn’t even confirm that my car was still on the lot. My car was MIA.
3) Poor Communication. Called the next morning 24 hrs after drop off — they hadn’t even looked at it yet and Anishia my assigned advisor was out of office for the day. Sales manger and phone operator (cashier) never talk to Service. It is a flawed system.
Going to pick the car up and take it somewhere else. There was no attempt from Ford Service or anyone in the dealership to make an amends for this inconvenience.
Edit: Yes, Mike called and said “you sure you wanna take your truck?” I said “yep” and he said “okay I’ll put the keys up front”. Not quite the attempt to remedy the situation that I’d expect.

I brought my car in on Monday because of my engine light and it had a recall for engine pump. Since Monday I have been without a car and still waiting to get approve for a rental everyday I have to call to get an update. I have never received a call from them stating status of car. When I call I always get Ford has to give us the ok to give you a rental and we are waiting to hear back from them. Everyday I call it’s we will know something tomorrow. Next day comes oh we still haven’t heard anything. The last caller I spoke with didn’t have any compassion stating its nothing they can do if they try to expedite it might not get no approval at all what happened to customer satisfaction and empathy to circumstance of not having a car to get around as if it’s my fault about the recall. I thought ford was the best cars to have I was wrong. It would have been okay if dealership actually lend you a loaner until the work on car was done especially if it’s a recalled part but I guess it’s and still is a waiting game 5 days and counting.

A dealer/person is only as good as their word. In my case they failed. I located and secured a new truck for a friend . At time of delivery I was told I was going to receive a referral fee. 3 months and at least 3 calls/texts later crickets.
Update: I located vehicle ,contacted salesman, finalized pricing including trade values and last but not least drove Ron 2 hours to pick truck up. Not sure how much more “direct” referrals get.

I went to Norris Ford after a pathetic sales experience at another Ford dealer in Harford County. Norris answered every question, crossed every T and dotted every i. I cannot say enough positive things about Mr. Jerry and Mr. Stan. 10/10 Fantastic experience.

I went here for a recall & to make my car perfect as I am giving it to my son. The service techs could not have been more helpful and professional. They shared their assessment of recent work I had done on the vehicle by another mechanic/dealership. Even though I just bought a car somewhere else, I will be coming back to Norris Ford. They are trustworthy and they care.

Great experience with fixing flat, recognizing all tires had dry rot, replacing in < 12 hours, taking me home and picking me up. Kudos to all, esp. service advisor (name forgotten....)

I worked with Tyler Lisa, he was highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with as i worked to find “my deal”. Tyler made it a breeze and we handled most everything online before i made the 4 hour drive for the vehicle.

Probably the most satisfying experience I've ever had. Kyle was terrific and responsive to all my questions, needs and concerns. I was in and out of the dealership in under 90 minutes with a great deal on a new Ford F-150. I would definitely recommend Norris Ford.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. As soon as the vehicle was paid for I no longer mattered. They do and say anything to get your money. Do not trust them.

Norris had the truck I’ve been waiting and watching for. The whole experience was delightful from start to finish, I cannot say enough about how easy Kyle was to work with and how professional and responsive he was! I would happily buy any of my vehicles from him in the future. He had a great attitude and was super knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. Every interaction with him was a pleasure. I am happy to say I got a great deal on the truck of my dreams.

Right from the initial email communication through to the moment I drove off the lot, the professionalism and enthusiasm displayed by Sales Representative Kyle at Norris Ford were unparalleled. Kyle's extensive knowledge of their vehicles, especially trucks, and his keen attention to my specific preferences were truly impressive. He not only scheduled a convenient appointment for me but also thoughtfully arranged for the truck to be parked under the overhang on a rainy day, making it easy for me to inspect and test drive.
