Customer service was amazing. Didn’t have my size in what I ordered but tried to see what else they had in my size unfortunately gotta wait till next shipment. But was very please with how they handled the situation.

i ordered an outfit online and on accident i got it sent to the wrong address, i contacted them via email since thats the only way to contact them before they shipped it out and they answered to late, shipped it to the wrong address, then told me I should've have called the store to correct this problem. I had to contact them multiple times via email and i feel like they only responded when they wanted to. Communication was horrible. if you're gonna order online just make sure everything is correct or else you'll be going through what I am going through, i recommend getting better customer service to avoid problems like this in the future. i really wanted to support but if youre going to run an online business make sure You have ways to resolve problems like this.

Trash customer service asked for a replacement size for cargo pants cause mine are to big and never received a response in the past month. Will never recommend them to anyone and would strongly suggest reporting them to SBA if this happened to you.

Do not buy anything from this place they sent me an let me an outfit that didn't fit and it also had to stay on it then when I returned it they said they wouldn't take it back the $200 outfit outfit and they won't get Stuart credit or anything do not Shopwith no excuses
