I recently went in for pedicure and my toes had messed up the same day. I tried to come in today to get it fixed but since I wasn’t able to come back in because I had to work they tried to charge me again for the same service. If the pedicure was done right the first time I wouldn’t need to come back. They also tried to make it seem like I was lying about coming in there

My gel French tips started peeling off 2 days after getting them done just from me combing through my hair. I’ve never had this happen before at any other salon and will not be returning. Maybe try another service other than gel nail polish.

Spent nearly $100 for an adult pedicure and a kid mani/pedi only for her nails to start chipping a few hours later and my gel polish to come off the next morning. The kids chairs are really fun, but the quality of the work doesn’t match. We may need to find a new girls spot.

Awful experience. Wouldn’t honor my request to change the nail service after the tech complained that what I originally asked for wouldn’t be doable because of my nail length. I had to ask for basic services such as nail filing and cuticle trimming. I do not recommend.
