I love this nail salon! It is very clean. You get a freshly sanitized mani/pedi tool kit straight from the sanitizer EVERY time. The customer service is great! Bandu has been my tech for a few years and she is awesome. She takes her time and knows what I like and they offer free chilled wine.

I have gone to several nail salons in the Towson area, most are super pricey and may look fancy on the inside but this is the only nail salon that I leave happy with my results every time! Bandu specifically does an amazing job catering the shape of your nails to what looks best on you. She takes her time, and is very personable. Every time I go to someone else, I regret it. Bandu does it perfect every time!!!

I sent my Towson university daughter here to get her nails refill. The worst ever the manager with a f name did these to her nails for $80 this a refill gel. The first photo was her inspiration photo and the last two is what she got instead. After she asked to change since it was lifting and not neat. They charged her $25 for her to change the mess they done to her nails. And even that wasn’t done neatly with lumps on the tips. All about money here students and others stay away. Never again.

My mum and I had poor customer service. Despite the time we took to explain what my mum wanted, the payed little attention to her needs. I’ll suggest to work on communication skills and ensure you understand exactly clients needs before proceeding to work
