I wish I could remember her name, I think Marlena or Marlita. She was a lifesaver today when I needed to make a large purchase and I couldn’t get a hold of a rep on the phone. I absolutely love Ms Coffey a Senior Rep in this branch. She is amazing and has been so helpful with dealing with myself and my elderly mom’s accounts.
