I would like to thank wonderful ladies at Wilkens plaza branch for assisting my wife Margaret Honeywell for her banking needs since 2000. Mrs. Cheryl helped us with taking care of CD account that reached maturity while we were away in Europe. Mrs. Jessica was assisting us with choosing the option to get cashiers check when making big purchase. Let me mention also Mrs. Dawn - always with a smile. Those kind ladies always address my wife with by her name ( such an outstanding memory ) and make us feel welcome. Even when there are customers waiting in line there is no feeling of being rushed. Wishing all employees of this branch wonderful holiday.

I am furious. I just discovered at the check-out that my account with M&T is locked. I have banked with them almost 15 years and hold a few accounts with them.
Apparently, they locked my entire account because I deposited a large check last week. Not a huge amount. I can live with waiting for the check to clear, but what does that have to do with the rest of hard-earned money??? ALL of my funds are locked and without any type of notice! Oh the disrespect and disregard for a loyal customer.
If there was concern about the deposit, why not just ask? Easy enough to prove I made a legal sale. But to lock all of my money on a weekend with no notice or opportunity to clear it up? The check was from a law office. Why not reach out them? The deposit was Thursday morning and this is Saturday!
My end of the year goal is now to move all of my money to another bank that respect it's clients and knows how to communicate when there is a concern.
This is unacceptable

I'm handicap and unable to get out of my car I went through the drive through this morning and ATM wasn't accepting cards I saw a bank teller through the glass and told him 2 times to please check the machine.He ignored me completely.
I drove home.
Since this man works for the bank he needs to work on customer service.
Just so u know it's against the law for refusal to help any handicap person.Federsl and State to law

The guy who helped me open an account was nice but I took money nd transferred money of what I had for free mind you and the bank took extra money from me now it’s now overdraft account but magically I’m overdrafted 300+ and they are shutting my account down…called customer service they were rude they told me I might be able to open another…I told him I will never come back

This branch is in my area i love going here they are so nice and professional every time i go in to cash my check,if i have an issue or a problem they make sure they help me correct anything that i need.I always feel welcomed when i walk in because they always have a smile on there face and say welcome to M&T can we help you.

The worst of the worst, they only wait on customers. Every 10 minutes. Inside or out. They prefer to chat.Among themselves. I will never return again. Looks as though I am not the only Complaining.

I have banked with M&T for at least 25 years or more. Never needed personal service until a recent issue. The in person service is horrible. I had the misfortune of dealing with Afsheen Zaman, who I found out was a floater who goes from bank to bank. She has yet to get back to me after my visit. Trying to contact her I reached the Catonsville Branch and heard reps snide comment as she was putting me on hold. If I didn't have direct deposit thru my work I would pull my money out of M&T for the poor service alone.

Thank you so much to the nice lady who works there named Shirley. She not only corrected our bank issue and did her best to make sure it got resolved as quickly as possible, but also she correctly gendered my wife who was there and made us feel very comfortable and accepted. Thank you for making her day and reminding us why we chose M&T in the first place.

Just had the most professional experience at this location. From the time, I walked in I was greeted nicely. The Manager assisted me with getting business banking taken care off. Very impressed with her service and assistance to small business owners.
