Just went in today to open a new account and I was in and out in 20 minutes. Jeff was extremely helpful and confidently answered every question I had. I’m not sure why the other reviews are so low but this is definitely a solid branch if you live in east Baltimore.

Local chain bank with great ATM availability. The teller services can be slow but it may be more due to the customers not understanding the banking system well enough. This location is safe and accessible in a diverse community. The surrounding area is also experiencing a bit of a revitalization.
