Ryan is the most knowledgeable, efficient, and kind business banker you could meet. He is very knowledgeable about what lawyers need to do to comply with MD law when opening their own businesses. I am so relieved that he is my banker!

We had a very complicated international wire transfer need. Came to the bank. Brian was all alone that day BUT he helped us anyway. He was doing the work of 3 people with an AMAZING attitude too ! Time for him to have a raise and be made the branch manager.

If you can go in person and get face to face service, Joanne is top notch. She has fantastic customer service, is patient, and knowledgeable. However, if your problem is online, be prepared to passed around on the phone. Two hours of my life gone with phone associates passing the buck to each other.

Had a great experience with this branch. Really helpful people, especially Brian. I had a complicated request, and Brian personally called me with follow up at the exact time he said he would. They are also dog friendly and even have dog treats for your pup :)

The ladies at this bank will treat you like hot garbage if you need help with the most basic of things. They treat you like some pariah outcast with leprosy, will not greet you or say thank you. They keep their eyes down the entire time they interact with you.
