Today my coworker and I went into this location and received help from Rodney, he was very polite, very personable and very helpful. Ms.Sharon also came over a few times to assist us and was helpful and funny. The entire team seems very nice, there were a lot of senior customers who seemed very comfortable with this staff. I would go back to this location if i had to!

They need to close this place down...froze my account they got grandma with a bad attitude (Sharon) don't know how to do nothing.. I'm on phone with fraud department for hours .. I ask Sharon for manager..she asking me why I wanna talk to manager... It's nothing manager can do.. so I payed it no mind... Long story short the fraud department tells me only the branch manager can release the hold..... I find out branch manager is out for the week... 3 hours wasted... She telling ally business with the other girls there who keep running in and out being noisy... I just left... Worst experience ever

Waited in line for 15 minutes on a Saturday, only for the Teller to tell me she could not cash check, claiming that I'm untrustworthy and my employer check might bounce.-customer for over 13 years with no issues

Although my situation could not be handled in the branch, I appreciate the vibrant vivacious greeting from the officer as you enter the bank. My teller was kind and tried to help me by inquiring with the banker.

Worst bank branch ever i was in the place last month and a teller was about to fight completely out of control . I should’ve known I made a appointment to see someone and they act like I never did completely a wast . It dirty around the building the manger doesn’t look professional or act professional so I guess that’s why they are lacking called made a complaint nobody called me back. Please don’t go here

I came to deposit money in my account when I was asked how much money I had in my account by my teller Hershey which isn’t protocol to deposit a check but a sure way to get robbed coming out the back .She was so rude kept cutting me off when I asked to talk to a supervisor it triggered her she told me I can wait for the next person I asked her why that’s not fair . She stood up started screaming yelling at me telling me I was rude . I thought she was going come from behind the counter and attack me furthermore she was acting and talking so hostile and threatening that a lady came out off her break had to ask me was I ok . She also tried to engage other customers in the bank into her hostile behavior asking them wasnt she rude they said I didn’t here anything all we heard was you yelling .Hershey was so loud that I couldn’t even explain what I wanted So the other teller could help me Because she just wouldn’t stop yelling I felt best not even explain because I didn’t want things to escalate. I also feared for my safety and they had no security and branch manager.I was later taken care of by the lady who stopped her break to to help. I called corporate and made a complaint. I've never in my life seen that type of behavior from a bank teller it was almost psychotic how she went 0 to 100 that quick and very scary . I will be making appointment to switch to another bank nobody should have to feel scared and threatened the way I did for only trying to do business at my bank it’s not fair ?

I'm very sad to say this but this is the worst bank branch I have ever been in my life. From the manager down to the staff. Very unprofessional. No longer will be banking with M&T because of this horrific branch.

I requested an appointment for a Signature Verification. Once I arrived , the manager Tiffany states , she was unable to provide service as I needed an account with the bank. I was not told this when she made the appointment. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional as she does not know how to run bank operations. From this experience, I would not open an account as bankers should advise this information prior to my arrival . Also, the property is not well kept. Trash , dirty side walk , and over all appearance is not appealing .

I've never had any problems from the service at this location although M&T Bank is ripping you off with their rates.How much they charge to use the ATM Machines,hidden fees they don't bother to share till it's to late.I don't blame the workers,it's just a job to them and the customer service is great in my opinion.It's the bank that does the disservice to the public,although some employees shouldn't be working there.It's close to my house is the only reason I use it on occasions.
