Honestly, not for the location but the business as an entirety. My mother recently contacted them. My mother cusses, not only out of anger, but just as her way of being. She said the f word apologized, and the lady got nasty and said, "If she cursed again, they'd disconnect the call". So low and behold My mother, the creature of habit she is curses one more time again apologizes right away but instead of being an understanding individual she immediately hangs up. Now I get it, if she was cussing AT her instead of in normal speech then ny all means. But just a slip of tongue. Company policy has a FAR way to go on how to treat your different types of clientele the world has to offer.

This was the only option if had zero stars available I would label it. The manager working there failed to send the required documents i provided to the department and it's been over a month and my bank account is not working.!! I would not recommend this branch and this bank for such bad service

They have terrible customer service skills and make you wait forever for a notory..and while I was there ..I observed others leaving cause of not getting any help from your M&t employees.... Would not do any business in this branch ever again.. They are to incompetent to handle customers properly...
