I came in last week to get my phone fixed and they had to order my part. He gave me his card and told me. I could call them in 2 days to see if the part arrived so I can drop off my phone, 2 days pass and the phone number that was on the business card that he gave me does not even work. It's someone else's number... this business seems like a scam

The girl was returning my Samsung Galaxy S9 from Consumer Cellular to Boost. She removed my cc sim card and replaced it with a Boost card. This is done by ejecting a frame that holds a sim card and a SD card. A few days later, I was going to put an SD card into the phone but the frame is not there. I've tried to contact the store that put the sim card into the phone but cannot get an answer. I called Samsung and the frame is no longer available. Right now I have to hope and pray the sim card stays in the slot. Although I dont know how. Or buy a new phone. I see would rate this lower but there is nothing less than 1 star.

Just got 2 phones and an amazing deal. Very professional staff and great service. Definitely recommended. Also let me add, store looks amazing, neat and clean. Right on the corner near food court.

BEWARE!! Don't purchase anything from here.... They sell you ONLY USED phones and they don't even mention that it's used and will charge you the original price of the phone... They sold me a used phone and it didn't even work.. It was a total waste ..and the lady didn't even refund me the full amount....they are totally FRAUD people... Please save your time and money!

They were supposed to unlock my phone never received a call or anything to be informed that my phone was unlocked tried to use another sim in the card and it states it can't be used their bogus and just takes your money on a light note the lady was nice and there is no phone number to call them!!!

Do not take a playstation to them they are unprofessional .They do not know what are they doing They will take you playstation part and tell you need more part .For my opinion they are Thief ....

DO NOT BUY YOUR PHONE FROM THERE. They sold us a used phone and passed it as a new one and it stopped working after a month. If I could give them a zero, I would.
