“Before I opened CD i called CSR, I was told i could get monthly interest sent as ACH. Then I called and a account maintance form was sent to me which I signed and emailed to their customer service close to months ago. Tried to call multiple times.Wait times are awful. Sent a email yesterday. No response Today aclled again just now. It said I am 17th on que and wait time is 80 --EIGHT ZERO minutes, after 7 minutes, I heard i was 15th and 73 minutes. so put phone back. no option even to get call back. This is all to get something done which is just one click on other online banks like synchrony, merrick, capital one etc. any organization will be ashamed of such customer serviceaddendumCFG reached out and fixed the issue .”
