DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR AUTO SERVICE.
Watch out with this shop, if something goes wrong with their repair on your car, they will make you pay them again to fix what they broke. Two months ago, I bought a set of tires here for my car. They gave me a fair price for the tires, balancing and installing them in the car. Everything was perfect until 3 weeks ago when I decided to pull out my wheels to paint the rims and I noticed that a lug nut was stuck in the lug stud. I immediately knew that the person who replaced my tire had crossed the threads with their impact driver. I went back to the shop, where the owner admitted that the thread had been crossed and he had to break the lug stud. Then he told me they would fix it for me, but I had to wait a week because he was leaving on vacation. When I returned after a week, he was still not there but his workers tried without success to replace my lug stud (which I actually had to buy myself), then they told me that they work in association with a mechanic and recommended me to come the next day. After chasing the mechanic for a week, I finally got him to replace my lug stud, and he did a good job. By the end, the mechanic expected me to pay him $120 and told me that they were a totally independent business from Mora Tire Shop (which is interesting given my receipt still said Mora Tire Shop). When I called the owner, he said that the lug stud broke because my car was old and had rust (which is ridiculous since even he admitted earlier on that the thread was crossed on installation of the tires). Do these lug studs look like they would just break spontaneously? (see photo)
Not only do these people have no regard for a person's time and money, but they have no regard for the quality of work that they do.

Be careful with this shop, if something goes wrong with the work they did, they will not stand behind it, and it will be up to you, the customer, to pay them again to fix a problem they caused themselves. I immediately knew that when they installed that wheel they put the cross thread on and forced it in with the impact gun. I returned to the shop where the owner admitted that the thread had gone in crosswise, and he had to break the screw to be able to remove the wheel from the car. Then he told me that they were going to fix it, but that I had to wait a week because he was going on vacation. When I returned after the week, he still wasn't there, but the workers attentively tried, without success, to replace the screw (which, by the way, was my turn to buy). Then they told me to come back the next day, that they work with a mechanic and that he could solve the problem. After a week of chasing the mechanic yesterday I finally got him to change the screw, and he honestly did a good job, but in the end he told me I owed him $120 for the job. When I responded that the work was a guarantee he told me that he was a completely independent business from Mora Tires (which I find interesting since the receipt says "Mora Tires"). When I called the owner on the phone, he told me that the screw on my wheel broke because my car was old and had rust (which seems ridiculous to me) Look at the photo, do these screws seem like they are going to break off on their own?
Conclusion: I, the client, had to pay them $120, plus all the time (weeks) for them to do the work, plus buy the part, which was damaged due to their mistake.

Woke up to a screw in my tire. Called and they were immediately able to help me with a tire patch on a Saturday morning. In and out within 20 minutes and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

As a women who hates taking her car into the shop I highly recommend going here. They are amazing! Super honest and not going to try and sell you something you don’t need. Not to mention they have wonderful hours which makes going after work a dream. If you looking for a place in the city go here!

This is the only place I trust with my car. The service is always fast, well-explained, and affordable.
Recently, my car broke down in Philly. I went to a mechanic in Philly who told me the coolant in my car needed to be flushed and refilled and also told me I needed to get various fluids replaced in my car. I got my coolant flushed in Philly, but then came to Mora Tires & Auto for the remaining work. When I arrived at Mora, I told Emmanuel that I wanted to understand the work that needed to be done on my car. He popped the hood and showed me that my fluids were actually fine AND that my coolant had been refilled with WATER instead of the correct 50:50 antifreeze to water mixture. Emmanuel was able to refill my coolant with the correct mixture within 30 minutes.
I love this shop and highly recommend it.

Came in on short for a brake replacement for my wife’s car after noticing some grinding. Was really impressed by the team’s willingness and ability to get us in same day. Their communication throughout the process was top notch in terms of clarity, transparency and attentiveness. Pricing was really fair and work was great. Will absolutely bring our cars here for regular service in the future.
