I recently visited Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers for an oil change, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received from Tayvon and his team of mechanic technicians. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine care.
Tayvon went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was not only serviced promptly but also that I understood the process and any additional recommendations. His attention to detail and commitment to quality are truly impressive.

I feel scammed. I have never spent this much money on an oil change. I was charged basically 2x for services. I brought a Groupon for my oil change that was for the high mileage for $59.99 and still managed to have gotten charged an additional $62 for them to do nothing. They didn’t do any diagnostics on my car , they didn’t even atleast check my tire pressure. Will not be going back!!!!

This place has gone downhill over the years....Their website and the hours posted at there store said they open at 7:30. I got there at 7:30 and waited until 8:20 and finally went across the street to Firestone. I called a little while ago to ask when they open and the guy said 8:00. When I told him I was there until 8:20, they guy said that they were running late. Won't go back there...

Scammers, will damage your car on purpose with total disregard for your or anyone else’s safety. Wish I could say I’m exaggerating. They’re only in business because people don’t know any better or fall victim to their schemes. One star is too many. Rick was great for years, and is no longer there.

Terrible service. I had an appointment between 7:30a - 11a. Center didn't open till after 830a; received full service oil change, was refused the complimentary tire rotation, was told it was going to be $30 extra.
