My Customer service experience sucked...representative refuse to put supervisor on the phone,I asked several times to speak to a supervisor..Metro by T-Mobile is a hot mess you go online to pay your bill all for it to say it's a error..Now your forced to go into a store(Which was a wonderful experience thanks Elizabeth!!!)only to get thr and find out you have to pay a $5 fee all because they system doesn't work..Get it together Metro by T-Mobile!!!Not to mention I've been a customer since 2018 thinking about changing my carrier who wants to go through this

My mother has had a Metro account for 4,000 years and I finally convinced her that it was time for a new phone. We went to this Metro location because we happened to see it open while driving through the area. The reps on duty were Kurt and Tasha, they not only surprised us with their professionalism but they went out of their way to make my senior mom feel cared for and took care of her needs from A to Z. We left this store with everything she needed and would definitely come back here again. This is the 1st & only time that I have had a great Metro experience while assisting my mother with her account. These reps are what customer service should look like.

The manager Elizabeth is rude unprofessional and need to take customer service classes. She shouldn't be a manager, I will make sure that I won't send anyone to this location. Elizabeth is a bully and tries to force you to buy stuff that you don't want. She doesn't know how to talk to customers or her employees, they need to take her out of there. Oh and don't let me forget about Kurt always doing Tik-Tok video, I don't know if I'm coming to buy a phone or coming to the club. That store is trash and needs to be shut down!

Avoid this store on Sinclair lane at all costThey have the 2 black young guys working there now.The one with the dreads like ripping people off their money. He will over charge you.I've been a metro pcs customer for 10 years now.If I'm coming in for an upgrade. And a phone cost $100 for an upgrade, it does not cost $200 plus. In activation fees, service fees and taxes.Activation fee is $20 dollars. Taxes is only 6 dollars max. And that's all I should be paying. My phone is already got service on my phone so why would I pay for more service?He done that before when I went there and charged me $480 dollars for a $200 dollar phone which was an upgrade and I had to pay my phone bill which was $120 dollars. The math not mathing. On top of that the previous phone he sold me is a lemon. It moves very slowly and I didn't get a charger cord with it. All metro phones comes with a charger cord and adapter.I believe they keeping people money by over charging. He put the real amount in metro account and the other cash he keeping for himself.I've came there for years and it was a white guy there previously, I never had issues. These 2 black young guys stay away from this store and I'm definitely calling corporate up to file a complaintDo not trust these people with your money.

I went to add an additional phone line and the sale person W.Omar was very rude and had poor customer service.He had a new employee training them he had no patience when I had to retrieve my information Thur my other line he was talking to me nasty that I cancel getting an additional phone line I will never returned and I cancel all service with this mobile phone carrier

This is a CORPORATE STORE! They have the BEST customer service of any METROPCS store I have ever been to and my family plan is Baltimore, Las Vegas plus we travel MD, DC, VA, DE, PA for business. The staff is personable and knowledgeable about phones, service plans, rates and more. They go above and beyond. Plus their phone supply is it usually always in store. We went to the Overlea store and the young lady that with on use was not helpful. It was a business line phone that wasn't charging and we just purchased the phone two months earlier. "I'm not a tech. It just don't work. I tried to plug it up. It don't work. Guess you need a new phone." After getting upset then she mentioned that we can go to the corporate store on Sinclair Lane if we wanted to have someone look at it. Thankfully. The wonderfully warm young lady answered the phone, told us to come there and she could do her best. She tested it for water damage then simply took off the case and cleaned the phone charger port area and the phone worked immediately. We ended up adding another line a few weeks later and the two gentleman were just as helpful and friendly as the young lady. So AWESOME! We went from wanting to switch carriers to remaining a customer and adding more lines. Great job!
