The lady in the store was amazing, patient and very knowledgeable, she knew her stuff and even was able to help when other MetroPCS stores couldn't, she also took the time out to help set up the ACP offer, she said she loves to help and she was truly honest, I will only work with this store from now on, I don't want to get her name wrong but she was the only one there and mult tasked very well. Thank you again

Discontinued Metro about 2 months ago. My calls and texts are still blocked!? I'm in. a nursing home so I can't get to store. Everyone is passing the buck. I've got Text Now now but Tmobile is complcating all my communication s!? What can I do?

On the 7th of Oct., took my elderly, handicapped uncle interested in ONLY the flip phone. Advised salesperson that this is the only phone my uncle can operate and inquired about the return policy in case the phone doesn't work based on bad experiences purchasing new phones. Salesperson promised twice saying we won't have a problem and he can get a full refund if the phone doesn't work. We were both to have found a flip phone for him. Took phonhome, charged it and input his contacts. I saved each contact but when I went to the Contacts an error message stated there's no contacts. I entered 2 more numbers saved it then went to Contacts and the same message appeared. Then I tried to turn phone off n it wouldn't turn off. At that point I was so disappointed and immediately took the phone to another Metro to see what the issue was. The Metro tech entered a contact and the same error appeared. He then tried to turn phone off n it wouldn't turn of. Trouble shooting was performed n tech advised to return the phone for a refund.. Went back to Metro on Hartford advised the rep. I called her advised her of the problem n she stated again that a full refund will be honored. Arrived at store the next day she was able to pull contacts up n claimed she turned phone off. I informed her that I'm requesting the full refund cause the phone was not working on the purchased date n verified by the other store rep. She denied the full refund n stated the phone is working now. She then became rude when I asked her to call the other store to verify my claim. She refused n stated the refund is only for the equipment. I responded that I wanted a full refund n then she insulted me n stated that the other store rep and I don't know how to use the phone. I informed her that I'm very knowledgeable on how to use a flip phone n she responded that I don't know. I Iadvised her that she didn't have to disrespect me n the rep n and she still chose to ignore my request then I yelled asking for my refund. She claimed she had the Mgr on the phone and refused to allow me to speak with the Mgr to advise him to call the other store that troubleshooter the phone addressing the issues I had. I tried to advise the Hartford rep that it would have been a network problem but she insisted on throwing the insult while I was trying my best to talk peacefully so I went off. Everything about this setvice was unprofessional from refusing to call the other store to getify my claim to refusing me to explain to the Mgr that another store tested the phone as well. The Mgr was so wrong for not communicating with me n she never told him that i went to another store that was closer to see if they could fix the problem. I did call the rep a B out of anger cause she refused to allow me to speak with mgr. My uncle did not deserve them keeping his 1st month fee n dont have a working phone. Customer Care disagreed with the two and stated a full refund was due based on the com0any policy they looked up. Customer Care escalated the issue for a full refund n emailed the mgr 4 days ago n yet I have not received a response. She needs to be fired for lying saying we could get a full refund gor everything, refusing to verify my claim was true as if she is the only one knows how to work a phone, and disrespecting me n the other store rep.

Dear Owner..Your blanket response to Shelly Jones complaint is insufficient. First, it's called theft taking taxpayers money for services not received due to a broken phone purchased that the rep and store manager refuse to verify that was witnessed by another store rep at another location. Cust Service escalated the issue twice to the Hartford Rd mgr to refund the customer in full according to your store rep promise on Oct 7th, the other Metro top that witnessed the phone not working, and both customer service at 611. Yet, after a week the store mgr ignored the escalated requests only Customer Service and have not reached out to the parties involved. This is a disservice to the community and will be filed in a lawsuit, protesting, and as much until a full refund is received from selling non-opetable phones. The rep didnt even offer to switch phones for my elderly disabled uncle. The rep and mgr should be disciplined for bad service and fraudulent activities.

Very nice people, they take the time answer questions and find solutions, normally not as crowded as other stores in the area.
