Went in the store to pay my bill, customer rep changed my entire bundle package. He probably did it for a commission. Called representative they couldn't help change it back bcuz the promotion had ended. Poor work ethic and problem goes Unresolved ??

Purchase a phone paid full price for the phone. Phone was not working so took it back the next day. Store was not open. Went the following day. Clerk did not know how to do return so another phone could be purchase. Phone is needed for work. Went back to the store again. No help with the next clerk. Was told to go to t mobil to get problem fix. No help. Call customer service. They sent a locked phone with direction to open. Phone never unlocked. Took it to the store still. Could unlocked. Returnedbphone and now customer service no help. Spent over three hundred dollars and been customers for years. Now will be switching companies and going to court to get my funds back. I advise anyone do not go here try another metro. Or another phone company. Worst service ever.

He was very great to me he's a good cash kid to me and he treated me very well as anyone should when they go into a store to purchase something he was very very great and I very really like his extent that he gave me and his work and it's time that he spent with me telling me about the phone thank you and have a nice day write off thank you

My experience started off horrible. I switched from boost to metro by tmobile and lost all my information. I wasn't informed on the correct price of my plan i was told i would pay $50 a month and my bill is now $63. I was helped by an employee named nick who seemed to rush through everything and not try to help me recover my information. I returned a couple days later and was helped by an employee named david who was very nice and helpful. He also took the time to make sure i was able to get my parents photos who have now passed away back on my phone, and also helped explain why my bill was so high. I usually hate going to get a new phone and at first this experienced did not help but the customer service I received on my second visit was amazing and i will recommend my friends to come down and see david.

Beautiful and helpful experience. Switched over my 5 lines from boost. The guy who helped me was really helpful and he knew what he is doing. His name was Zain, would definitely recommend to go and ask for him so he can hook you up with better prices.

This locations employees pockets and gets over on customer the man cahrge me a diffrent price and pocket my 15 dollars he gave me no recipit or nothing i called the store and he was acting like he dont know how and i said well i call the headquarters and they are investing he also did not ask me what plan i wanted or nothing i am HIGHLY up set as a new customer i dont recommend anyone going to this location or if you do please please check and make sure you are not being over charge and they keep the money and charge you what you really suppose to be charged and then tell you another price
