Was told to come back in a month because they can lower my monthly payment. I went back but the employee who told me that was not there. Instead, another employee told me to call the customer service. I asked questions because I was not informed anything other than "come back next month to lower your payment," and the employee began showing irritation and raising her voice. Told me to just hang up and call again when the customer service lady answered (???). Honestly I'm still baffled by what irritated this lady that much. But if you see a young girl with red highlights in her hair at the front desk, try to get the help of someone else; she is one hell of a character that will ruin your day.

Great service. Been coming here for years. Just got a upgrade and tablet with Icka. She took time to help me download apps I needed for work. Awesome service.

It really upset me that they let go, which was an attribution 2 the company. Sierra is very talented & her attiude & concern 4 her customers. I have witness her helping 3 customers at one time & everyone left satisfied. METRO U NEED 2 BRING HER BACK cause people drift 2 great care
