The 2 female employees were rude and told me they did not speak English and remained on their phones and spoke amongst themselves in Spanish with one calling me a Negra Punta. Do not go!To add insult to injury MetroPCS (Owner), replied to this comment and didn't even address the racist comment that their employee called me. TERMINATIONS NEED TO BE MADE! The girls didn't even want to do their jobs. You'll never get any services after this incident is reported to the BBB and I hope that store gets shut down!

Tried to sell me a screen protector that did not fit my phone the girl that was helping wasnt so bad the rude man with the bald head tries to convince me it fit yet there was places at the top and 1/4 inch around the whole phone then another associate told me they cut glass different yeah they do for a different phone clearly did fit mine the nasty man with bald head agreed to replace it with the correct one with fit perfectly he threw the bad one in the trash worse experience ever
