My mothers phone was messed up. We took the phone into Metro’s and they cleansed the phone and made sure they took off the virus off her phone. In addition to, they sped up her phone! #iamallwoman #iamallwomanbrand

The worst experience I've ever had at metro PCS by T-Mobile. I went in asking for a SIM card for my Wi-Fi Box the. Girl acted like? She didn't understand she called her DM telling her DMA total different story that I wanted to return the Box I was just coming in to get. A different SIM card then she proceeded to ignore me. As I called metro PCS customer service gave her the phone and she still didn't understand walk to the back of the room left my phone on the counter. As I picked up the phone talking customer service they said where did she go at that point? They ignored me until I spoke back with their language and then they asked. Me if it was my Box in my cord which was the other employee standing there? It was the worst experience ever I would never recommend this store ever

I went to this location to get my phone set up and you know through this phone company Amazon account is free why did I get three transaction someone bought three gift cards for $100 a piece from Amazon... Be careful here..

Every time you come in here to have your phone looked at or trying to figure out what's going on with your phone if something's wrong with it why won't turn on why won't turn off Etc ...nobody knows anything and always trying to send you to a corporate store. useless !

This Metro PCS store is really trying to help. Maybe that is why waiting time is long but it was worth!!. They also try to take customers as fast as they can. The employees never give attitudes even to impatient customers.
