I caught an Uber to get here by 830. The store was abandoned when I arrived. The mold doesn't close until 9:00 p.m. The computer was even still on for me to access information when I arrived. But no agent or customer service rep insight. 12/15/23. I wanted to get my pin to switch carriers as the customer service instructed cause they wouldn't give it to me over the phone. The bad service is why i wanna leave. This confirms my thoughts. ??

The new guy that works there is highly unprofessional. I'm not sure why my bill is higher amongst other things, but he definitely screwed up my account. Never going back.

This service is absolutely the worse. I got a new phone and number and it's been a complete nightmare. I've been given 3 different numbers that are still connected to the previous owner. The techs have not a care nor explanation for it. I've lost business/money behind this due to the person receiving and responding to messages/ transfers intended for me. Techs/ management beyond unprofessional ( Mondawmin) and nobody has a resolution outside of issuing another number. Over it the one star is because I had to.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! The boss is a scam artist who is hungry for labor and money. Quality of service at this kiosk is not the best. Even got offered a job here and I trained and worked a 10 hour day extremely busy lots of customers. And what happens? He lets me work and NEVER pays me like he said. NEVER contacts me again. Beware of this man. Dipendar is a crook!
